Թագավորական աշտարակը, որը աշխարհի ամենաբարձր շենքից ավելի բարձր կլինի, կառուցվում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայում և երկրագնդի վրա կլինի առաջին շենքը, որի բարձրությունը կմոտենա մեկ կիլոմետրին: Այնտեղ կլինեն շքեղ համատիրություններ, գրասենյակներ, աստղադիտարան, հյուրանոց և աշխարհում ամենաբարձր պատշգամբը: Շինարարությունը պետք է ավարտվի 2019 թվականին:
Շանհայի աշտարակ
Չինաստանում Շանհայի 121-հարկանի աշտարակի շինարարությունը սկսվել է 1993 թվականին և ավարտվել այս տարվա սկզբին: Այժմ կատարվում է ներքին հարդարանքը:

Ինչ-որ մեկը որոշել է, որ Դուբայում պետք է լինի շքեղ շենք, որը պետք է նմանվի սովորական բնակելի տան: Պլանավորված «ներքին քաղաքում» կլինի 4 աշտարակ` միացված երկնային կամրջով, և 1800 տեղ ունեցող թատրոնով:
Agora Garden
2016 թվականին կավարտվի այդ շենքի շինարարությունը, որը կլինի մարդու և բնության ստեղծագործությունների համադրություն: 20-հարկանի ալիքավոր շինությունը կանաչ կլինի բոլոր իմաստներով: Յուրաքանչյուր հարկի պատշգամբները կպահեն այգիները, ինչպես նաև այնտեղ ներդրված կլինեն արևային մարտկոցներ և անձրևաջրի վերամշակման համակարգեր:
World One
117-հարկանի երկնաքերը կլինի աշխարհում և անկասկած Մումբայում ամենաբարձր բնակելի տունը: 300 շքեղ 4-սենյականոց բնակարաններում կապրեն Հնդկաստանի ամենահարուստ մարդիկ: Սենյակների ձևավորումը կատարել է Ջորջիո Արմանի ստուդիան:
Աբդալա թագավորի նավթի հետազոտման և ուսումնասիրության կենտրոն (KARSARC)
Այս ցուցակից գետնին ամենամոտ գտնվող կառույցն է, և Սաուդյան Արաբիայում այն ավելի շատ նման է Ջեյմս Բոնդի պատմությունից ծանոթ չարագործի որջի, քան թե բազմազգ կենտրոնի:
Չժուան կենտրոն Սուչժոում
Միայն վերջերս է Չինաստանում սկսվել 730-մետրանոց կենտրոնի շինարարությունը, և այն դեռ շատ երկար ճանապարհ ունի: Բայց եթե 4,5 միլիարդ արժողությամբ նախագիծն ավարտվի նախատեսված 2020 թվականին, կդառնա Չինաստանի ամենաբարձր շենքը և աշխարհում իր բարձրությամբ երրորդը:

556-մետրանոց Lotte World Tower-ը Սեուլի մնացած բոլոր շենքերից ամենաբարձրը կդառնա, եթե այն ավարտվի 2016 թվականին: Շենքում պետք է գտնվեն խանութներ, բնակարաններ, հյուրանոցներ և դիտահրապարակ:
Չինական լեռնային «Դավանգ» հանգստավայրը 2016 թվականին կսպասի ձեզ:
170 մետր երկարությամբ ձգվող հանգստավայրը իր մեջ կներառի «զվարճությունների սառցաշխարհ», փակ դահուկային կոմպլեքս, ակվապարկ և կախովի այգիներ:
«Սոնջանգ» հյուրանոց
Ակնհայտ է, որ սա Չինաստանում հաջորդ հանգստավայրն է: Ինչպես լեռնային հանգստավայր «Դավանգը», այնպես էլ «Սոնջանգը» կկառուցվի ուղղակի հանքի պատերին, իսկ նրա ճակատային մասով կհոսի ջրվեժ: Եթե չեք կարողանա վեր բարձրանալ տեսարաններով հիանալու, իջեք ներքև, և տեսարանները կլինեն ջրի տակ:
