Այժմ արդեն հազվադեպ երևույթ չէ 100 տարուց ավելի ապրելը: Supreme2.ru-ն հավաքել է երկարակյացների ամենաանսպասելի և արտառոց գաղտնիքները: Սակայն դրանք չպետք է ընդունել որպես առողջության բաղադրատոմս:
«Օրը 3 շիշ գարեջուր և մի բաժակ վիսկի»
Եթե ավելի ճիշտ՝ «3 շիշ գարեջուր՝ օրվա ընթացքում և մեկ բաժակի վիսկի՝ ժամը 17.00-ին»: Այդպիսի ռեժիմով է ապրում Նյու Ջերսիից Ագնես Ֆենթոնը՝ սկսած 1943 թվականից:

Երբեմնի ամենատարեց կինը՝ ֆրանսուհի Ժաննա Կալմանը, ապրել է 122 տարի (տեսել է Վան Գոգին, սուսերամարտի դասեր է ստացել 85 տարեկանում, 100 տարեկանում հեծանիվ է քշել, իսկ 121 տարեկանում թողարկել է Time’s Mistress երաժշտական սկավառակը): Ժաննան շաբաթական կերել է համարյա մեկ կիլոգրամ շոկոլադ և ծխել է շուրջ 100 տարի՝ թողնելով այն մահվանից երկու տարի առաջ: Երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը նա բացատրել է այսպես. «Պորտվեյն, տոննաներով ձիթապտղի յուղ և հումորի զգացում: Ես կմահանամ ծիծաղելով»:
«Սուշի»
117 տարի ապրած Միսաո Օկավան վերջին տարիներին հայտնել է իր գաղտնիքը. «Ես մշտապես ուտում եմ սուշի և քնում առնվազն 8 ժամ»:

104-ամյա Էլիզաբեթ Սալիվանը հայտարարել է, որ օրական խմում է 3 տարա Dr.Pepper, և դրա հետ է կապում իր երկարակեցությունը:
«Գինարբուք»
Փոլին Սպանոլան իր 100-ամյակի տարեդարձին ասել է, որ իր երկար և երջանիկ կյանքի գաղտնիքը «շատ խրախճանքներն են»:
«Սեքսի բացակայություն»
Ամենատարեց բրիտանացի կույս Կլարա Միդմորը 105 տարեկանում հայտարարել է, որ իր երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը իր կուսությունն է:
«Եգիպտացորենի շիլա, ձողաձուկ և կոկոսի հյութ»
Այս ցուցակում միակ տղամարդը՝ Էմիլյանո Մերկադո դել Տորոն, ով մահացել է 115 տարեկանում, իր երկարակեցությունը կապում էր պուերտոռիկյան ավանդական ուտեստների հետ:
«Բեկոն»
2013 թվականին 105 տարեկան տեխասցի Պերլ Քանթրելը ասել է, որ նա սիրում է բեկոն և այն ուտում է ամեն օր:
