Գագիկ Համբարյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ադրբեջանն անհանգիստ ջղաձգումներ է անում...Այսօր Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո խոսնակ Հիքմեթ Հաջիևը հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել և խիստ քննադատել Միսնկի խմբի աշխատանքը,հատկապես՝համանախագահների գործունեությունը...Այս ամենը տեղի ունեցավ այն բանից հետո,երբ նոյեմբերի 4-ին ԵԽԽՎ-ի քաղաքական հարցերով հանձնաժողովը հավանության արժանացրեց բրիտանացի պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Ուոլթերի "Բռնությունների աճը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և Ադրբեջանի այլ գրավյալ տարածքներում" անհեթեթ զեկույցի նախագիծը,և որին պատասխանեց Մինսկի խմբում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը,ով իր Twitter-յան էջում կոչ արեց այսուհետ Արցախյան հիմնախնդրին որևէ կառույցի անդրադարձի դեպքում անպայման խորհրդակցել Մինսկի խմբի հետ...Նույնաբովանդակ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ նաև Երևանում գտնվող ՌԴ ԱԳՆ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրով... Ս.Լավրովի հայտարարությունից հետո Բաքուն էլ ավելի ջղաձգվեց...Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամլո-խոսնակ Հ.Հաջիևը մեղադրել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին հայամետ դիրքորոշման մեջ և կրկին հիշեցրել է 1993 թ-ին ՄԱԿԻ-ի անվտանգության խորհրդի կողմից ընդունված բանաձևերը,որոնք իբրև թե հենց համանախագահների ոչ հետևողական լինելու պատճառով մնացին թղթի վրա...Հաջիևը բողոքում է,որ ոչ մի թիզ հող իրենց չի վերադարձվել և ոչ մի փախստական չի վերադարձել իր տուն...Սակայն Հաջիևը "մոռանում" է,որ այդ բանաձևերում բավական մեծ պարտականություններ էր դրված նաև Ադրբեջանի վրա,որոնց խախտման հետևանքով էլ Բաքուն էլ ավելի մեծ կորուստներ ունեցավ...Պաշտոնական Բաքուն սիրում է ամեն ինչ խեղաթյուրել...Հենց դրա պատճառով էլ այդ բանաձևերը ներկայացվում են որպես ադրբեջանամետ...
Սակայն Բաքվի իրական անհագնստությունը այլ է...Ի.Ալիևը վախենում է,որ Ուորլիքի և Լավրովի հայտարարությունների պատճառով Բաքվի կողմից կիրառվող նավթախավիարային դիվանագիտությունը կձախողվի...Ադրբեջանն էլ չի կարողանա բազմաթիվ միջազգային կառույցներում,որոնց համար Արցախի հարցը և օդի ախտոտվածության խնդիրը նույն բանն են, գնել ադրբեջանամետ բանաձևեր,հայտարարություններ,որոշումներ...Հենց սրանով է պայմանավորված ալիևյան զայրույթը...Դրա համար էլ իր հայտարարության վերջում ազերի դիվանագետը բարբաջել է,որ միևնույն է Բաքուն այլ հարթակներ է տեղափոխելու ԼՂ հարցը՝ ի հեճուկս Մինսկի խմբի և Հայաստանի,որոնք ՍԵՓԱԿԱՆԱՇՆՈՐՀԵԼ են այս հարցի լուծումը...Այս դեմարշից հետո արդեն պարզ է,որ բանակցային գործընթացում Ադրբեջանը միայնակ է իր ցանկություններով...Նրան չհաջողվեց իրականացնել երազանքը՝ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ դարձնել ո՛չ Գերմանիային,ո՛չ էլ Թուրքիանին...Այժմ էլ նա դժգոհ է Մոսկվայից,Վաշինգտոնից և Փարիզից և նոր է հասկանում,որ ալամ աշխարհով մեկ նրան պաշտպանում են միայն Անկարան,Իսլամաբադը և Էր Ռիադը,որոնց կարծիքը շատ քիչ է հետաքրքրում և հուզում Երևանին...Իսկ այ Ադրբեջանն իրականում չի կարող անտեսել ՌԴ-ի,ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի կարծիքները Արցախյան հարցի վերաբերյալ...
