«Ֆլեշը» և «CPS»-ը պահպանել են գերիշխող դիրքերը. ՏՄՊՊՀ-ն՝ գների նվազման ու բենզինի շուկայի իրավիճակի մասին
ECONOMICSՔաղաքացիները վերջին մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում արձանագրել են բենզինի գնի նվազեցում: Տնտեսական պաշտպանության պետական հանձնաժողովից փորձել ենք պարզել, թե արդյոք ուսումնասիրություններ արվե՞լ են գնի նվազման արդյունքը հասկանալու համար: Ինչի՞ արդյունքում է նվազում արձանագրվել և առհասարակ ի՞նչ իրավիճակ է բենզինի շուկայում: Նշված հարցերի մասին Past.am-ը խոսել է ՏՄՊՊՀ նախագահի խորհրդական Գայանե Սահակյանի հետ:
Անդրադառնալով բենզինի գնին՝ Գայանե Սահակյանն ընդգծեց, որ թեև աշխատանքային շաբաթը սկսել են հունվարի 8-ից, բայց ոչ տոնական օրերին հանձնաժողովը մոնիթորինգ է իրականացրել:
«Մոնիթորինգի խումբը բենզալցակայաններում ֆիքսել է գնանկում: Իրավիճակը այսպիսին է. գինը փոխվել է նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 7-ից սկսած: Մինչ այդ, տարեսկզբից՝ 2018թ. հունվարից, բենզինի մեկ լիտրի արժեքը եղել է 450 դրամ: Խոսքը ռեգուլյար տեսակի մասին է, որն ամենաշատ սպառվողն է: Եվ 2019թ. տարեսկզբից շարունակական, այսինքն՝ 10, 10 դրամով է գնանկում տեղի ունեցել: Իսկ արդեն հունվարի 8-ին՝ մեր առաջին աշխատանքային օրը, ֆիքսել ենք, որ շարունակական նվազման արդյունքում գինը դարձել է 400 դրամ: Հունվարի 8-ին հանձնաժողովը գրավոր տեղեկատվության պահանջ է ներկայացրել տնտեսվարողներին, որ գերիշխող ընկերությունները, որոնց գործունեությունը վերահսկվում է հանձնաժողովի կողմից, ներկայացնեն տեղեկատվություն: Մասնավորապես, տեղեկատվությունն իր մեջ պետք է ներառի ձեռքբերման գների վերաբերյալ ինֆորմացիան, թե որ երկրից են ձեռք բերել, ի՞նչ արժեքով: Գնագոյացման և բոլոր փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրություններն ավարտելուց հետո միայն հանձնաժողովը կկարողանա գնահատական հնչեցնել բենզինի գնանկման վերաբերյալ: Այսինքն՝ այս պահին, քանի դեռ չունենք համապատասխան պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերը, չենք կարող նաև գնահատական տալ, թե ինչ է փոխվել. միգուցեև ձեռքբերման գին է փոխվել, միգուցե այլ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել, միգուցե ոչինչ չի փոխվել»,-ասաց Գայանե Սահակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ պաշտոնական փաստաթղթերը ստանալուց հետո միայն կարող են պարզաբանում տալ:
Ինչ վերաբերում է շուկայում առկա իրավիճակին ու հարցին, թե վերջին՝ ավելի քան 8 ամիսներին բենզինի շուկայում նոր ընկերություններ հայտնվե՞լ են, Գայանե Սահակյանը պատասխանեց.
«Վերջին 8 ամիսների կտրվածքով չեմ կարող ասել, բայց կարող եմ ասել, որ և՛ 2017-ին, և 2018-ին բենզինի շուկայում նոր տնտեսվարող է ավելացել: Բենզինի շուկայում և՛ 2017-ին, և՛ 2018թ նոր ներկրող ունենք, իսկ մինչ այդ եղել են երկու հիմնական խոշոր ընկերություններ. «Ֆլեշ» և «CPS» ընկերությունների մասին է խոսքը, որոնք դեռևս պահպանել են իրենց գերիշխող դիրքերը: Երկու ընկերությունները միասին, այնուամենայնիվ, այս պահի դրությամբ զբաղեցնում են շուկայի մեծ մասնաբաժինը՝ մոտ 85-90 տոկոսը: Այս պահին շուկայում բենզին ներկրող հինգ ընկերություն ունենք: Մնացած 10 տոկոս մասնաբաժինը բաժանված է մյուս երեք ընկերությունների միջև: Հիմա թե տարեվերջին իրավիճակը ինչպիսին կլինի, ինչպես կփոխվի, կարող ենք գնահատել ավելի ուշ: Հնարավոր են կառուցվածքային այլ փոփոխություններ, մեկի մասնաբաժինը նվազի, մյուսինը՝ ավելանա, ինչպես տեղի է ունենում գրեթե բոլոր շուկաներում, ինչը նորմալ, տնտեսական գործունեությամբ պայմանավորված հետևանք է»:
