Օրգանիզմի մաքրում բրնձի օգնությամբ

Գաղտնիքը բրնձի հատիկում է, որը բյուրեղյա կառուցվածք ունի: Երբ դրանք ընկղմվում են ջրի մեջ, օսլան առանձնանում է, և բջիջներն սկսում են երևալ: Բրինձը մարսվում է աղիներում, ոչ թե ստամոքսում, և դրա հատիկները գործում են որպես կլանող նյութ: Այս եղանակով աղիները, արյունատար անոթները, հոդերը և այլ հատվածներ մաքրվում են տոքսիններից: Բրնձով օրգանիզմի մաքրումը նպաստում է նյութափոխանակության կարգավորմանը և ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից ազատվելուն:
Առավոտյան բրինձը ուտելուց հետո նախընտրելի է ոչինչ չուտել և չխմել մոտ 3 ժամ: Այս մեթոդը կօգնի նաև ազատվել մեջքի, հոդերի ու պարանոցի ցավերից, սակայն արդյունքը միանգամից չի նկատվում: Այս բուժումն ազդում է աստիճանաբար:
