Երեկվա ասուլիսում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 100 փաստ ներկայացրեց «նոր Հայաստանի» մասին՝ ամփոփելով պաշտոնավարման մեկ տարին։ Նա լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշել է, թե փաստերն ավելի շատ են, պարզապես կլոր թիվ է ներկայացնում։ Դեռ երեկ մենք ճշգրտորեն կանխատեսել էինք Փաշինյանի ասուլիսի կառուցվածքը, անգամ՝ բովանդակությունը, ու այս դեպքում տխուր ենք, որ մեր կանխատեսումն իրականություն դարձավ։ Հեղափոխության հաղթանակից ընդամենը մեկ տարի անց Հայաստանում քաղաքականությունը դարձել է խիստ կանխատեսելի, ու իշխանության ու նրա առաջին դեմքի մոտ այնքան սահմանափակ է կրեատիվ ռեսուրսը, որ հեշտությամբ կարելի է կանխատեսել իրադարձությունները, ասուլիսների բովանդակությունը, հրապարակային ելույթները, նույնիսկ՝ մոդելավորել գործընթացները։

Երեկ Փաշինյանի խոսքում, ըստ էության, նոր ոչինչ չկար, ու մի քանի ժամ շարունակ վարչապետը ներկայացնում էր իր լայվերի, ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումների, հարցազրույցների, ելույթների հանրագումարը՝ ավելի ընդարձակ ու հանգամանալից, կամ, ինչպես խոստացել էր, կետ առ կետ։

Հայաստանում, այնուամենայնիվ, չի վերանում վիճակագրական մանիպուլ յացիայի արատավոր ինստիտուտը։ Դրանից օգտվել են մինչհեղափոխական շրջանի գրեթե բոլոր վարչապետները, դա մնում է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հիմնական «զենքը»։ Իշխանության առաջին դեմքերը համառորեն չեն ուզում գիտակցել, որ անապացուցելի թվերը, պերճախոս վիճակագրությունը մեր հասարակության վրա զրոյական ազդեցություն է ունենում՝ հաճախ հանգեցնելով հակառակ էֆեկտի։ Համենայն դեպս, մի փոքր այլ էին այս ասուլիսից սպասելիքները։ Անկեղծորեն սպասում էի, որ վարչապետից լսելու եմ կոնկրետ ծրագրեր, հայեցակարգեր, բովանդակություն, այլ ոչ թե ծաղր, հեգնանք, սպառնալիք ու անսահմանափակ անհիմն հայտարարություններ։

Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ կարգախոսների երկիր, որոնց հետևում հասարակությունն ուզում է տեսնել կոնկրետ գործեր, ոչ թե խոստումներ, ոչ թե սին խոսքեր, այլ՝ արդյունք։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի երեկվա ասուլիսը շատ ավելի բովանդակային կլիներ, եթե լսեինք անկեղծ խոսակցություն այն մասին, թե ինչու տակավին հնարավոր չի լինում ապահովել տնտեսության թռիչքաձև աճ, իսկ տնտեսության ակտիվությունը չի գերազանցում մինչհեղափոխական շրջանի ցուցանիշները։ Կամ՝ ինչո՞ւ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությունը չկարողացավ ապահովել ներդրումային բում, մանավանդ, որ նման խոստումներ Փաշինյանը տալիս էր թե՛ հեղափոխության հարթակից և թե՛ վարչապետության առաջին ամիսներին։

Կնճռոտ այս հարցերի պատասխանները երեկ չլսեցինք, մյուս կողմից՝ թվերի ու խոստումների ձևով Փաշինյանը ձևավորեց հանրային սպասումների նոր միջավայր։ Սակայն վարչապետի հեղափոխական պաթոսն ու հռետորաբանությունն այլևս նախկինի պես չեն գերում հասարակությանը, որը վերջապես ուզում է ապրել բարեկեցիկ կյանքով։ Հեղափոխությունից մեկ տարի հետո մարդիկ ուզում են տեսնել կոնկրետ արդյունքներ ու այլևս հոգնել են գեղեցիկ խոստումներից ու կարգախոսներից, ինքզինքը մեջբերելու, ինքն իրենով հիանալու, իրականությունից իսպառ կտրված ապրելու գործելաոճից։ Առավել ևս՝ ամեն ինչ անցյալի վրա գցելու ու անցյալի ստվերների հետ կռիվ տալու մոլուցքից:
