Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցներն ու Կրեմլին մոտ կանգնած վերլուծաբան-փորձագետները հաճախ դժգոհություն են հայտնում, որ Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունները օր օրի ուժգնանում են: Դժգոհություններն այդ, իհարկե, ինչ-որ իմաստով արդարացված են, քանի ներկայումս հայ-ռուսական փոխհարաբերությունները չափազանց բարդ ու խճճված շրջափուլում են: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ կողմերը պարբերաբար բարեկամություն և եղբայրություն են խաղում ու խաղարկում, բայց ակնբախ է, որ այդ սիրո և համերաշխության մեջ ինչ-որ մեծ կեղծիք կա: Կեղծիք, որը ներսից կրծոտում ու մաշեցնում է բեմականացված բարեկամության նուրբ հյուսվածքները:

Եթե փորձենք մեկ բառով բնորոշել վերջին մեկ տարում հայ-ռուսական փոխհարաբերությունների որակը, ապա առաջին բառը, որը կարող է մեր մտքով անցնել, անվստահությունն է: Կողմերը պարզապես չեն վստահում միմյանց: ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդպես էլ չկարողացավ մինչև վերջ Մոսկվային համոզել, որ Երևանը հակված չէ փոխել իր աշխարհաքաղաքական կողմնորոշումը: Նույնիսկ Երևանից հնչող և անթույլատրելիության սահմանները հատող հակաամերիկյան հայտարարությունները չեն փոխում իրավիճակը: Իսկ Փաշինյանի կառավարությանն էլ անհանգստացնում են Կրեմլի և Հայաստանի նախորդ իշխանությունների ջերմ փոխհարաբերությունները: Ինչ-որ զգուշավոր կասկած հայաստանցի գործիչներին հուշում է, որ ռուսները ամեն պահ կարող են հակափաշինյանական դավադրություն նախաձեռնել կամ էլ պարզապես դառնալ դրա մասնակիցը: Ամեն դեպքում, Հայաստանում կանխազգում են այդ հեռանկարի հնարավորությունը:

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի փոփոխության առաջնային մեղավորները հենց ռուսներն են, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ ռուսական պրոպագանդիստական մամուլն ու կրեմլահպատակ փորձագետներն ու քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչները, որոնք իրենց անհաշվենկատ մոտեցումներով ամեն ինչ անում են հակառուսական տրամադրությունների տարածման և էլ ավելի խորացման համար:

Ռուսաստանի արդի քաղաքական ու փորձագիտական միջավայրը մեծ մասամբ ժանգոտած, հետադիմական ու անսկզբունք զանգված է, որը մնացել է 20-րդ դարում: Իսկապես պետք է փաստենք, որ հանրությունների հետ աշխատելու ռուսների մոտեցումները չափազանց հին են ու ոչ արդյունավետ: Նրանք չեն հասկանում, որ սա «Վարշավյան» բլոկը չէ, ժամանակները փոխվել են, և իրենք այլևս չեն կարող տանկերով ներխուժել Բուդապեշտ կամ էլ Պրահա:

Իրավիճակն այս մեզ ստիպում է ենթադրել, որ ռուսական փորձագիտական շրջանակները կարծես թե չեն ճանաչում Հայաստանը կամ էլ, համենայն դեպս, չեն կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ինչ տիպի պետության հետ գործ ունեն: Մոսկվայում առաջվա պես տիրապետող է այն տեսակետը, թե տնտեսական ճնշումների կամ էլ ռազմական աջակցության դադարեցման սպառնալիքներով հնարավոր է ծնկի բերել Հայաստանին, իհարկե, «Եթե Ռուսաստանը չլինի, ապա Հայաստանը կոչնչանա» կեղծ ու արհեստական լոզունգի նվագակցությամբ:

Փաստորեն, ռուսական շրջանակները չեն կարողանում համակերպվել այն իրողության հետ, որ իրենք գործ ունեն եվրոպական մոդելի, ազգային ինքնիշխան պետության հետ, որի հետ փոխհարաբերություններում պետք է կիրառվեն ինդիվիդուալ հատուկ մոտեցումներ:

Ինչ-որ մեկը ռուսներին պետք է բացատրի, որ հայ-ռուսական փոխհարաբերությունները չեն կարող զարգանալ ճնշումների, ինչպես նաև երկաթի ու արյան սպառնալիքի համատեքստում: Սա այլևս 19-րդ դարի խեղճուկրակ, խոնարհված հայ ժողովուրդը չէ: Համանման մոտեցումները անարդյունք են ու անիմաստ:
