Դատական համակարգի վերաբերյալ այսօրվա խորհրդակցությանը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ կան նախկին կոռուպցիոն համակարգը ներկայացնող ուժեր, որոնք փորձում են կիրառել բանաձևը՝ տարաձայնություններ, հակասություններ ու թշնամանք հրահրել Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ժողովուրդների միջև: «Դրա տակ տեսնում եմ անգամ դավադիր պատերազմ հրահրելու, անգամ տարածքներ հանձնելու ու դրա պատասխանատվությունը Հայաստանի կառավարության վրա դնելու մտադրություն: Սա համարում եմ պետական դավաճանություն: Ձեռնարկելու եմ ամենակոշտ միջոցներ այս դավադիր մտադրություններն արմատախիլ անելու: Եկել է ժամանակը 2016 թվականի Ապրիլյան պատերազմի հանգամանքների ուսումնասիրման քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու ժամանակը: Արցախի ժողովրդին կոչ եմ անում աջակցել միայն այն ուժերին, որոնք հանդես են գալիս ՀՀ ժողովրդի աջակցությունը վայելող իշխանության աջակցությամբ»,-հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը:
 
Բացի այդ, վարչապետը նշել է, որ եկել է ժամանակը, որպեսզի խորհրդարանում ստեղծվի Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի դեպքերն ուսումնասիրող հանձնաժողով: Հետաքրքիր է, որ մի քանի ամիս առաջ, ԶՈՒ հետախուզության ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանի նշանակման մասին լրագրողների հարցին ի պատասխան, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ ծանոթացել է Ապրիլյան պատերազմի վերաբերյալ հարյուրավոր գաղտնի տեղեկությունների, որոնցում առկա չէ որեւէ ապացույց, որ պատերազից առաջ եղել է հետախուզության տվյալի խնդիր: Ի՞նչ փոխվեց այսօր...
 

 

Ստացվում է, որ Փաշինյանը հնարավոր պատերազմի և այդ պատերազմի ընթացքում արձանագրված տարածքային կորուստների ողջ պատասխանատվությունը իր վրայից ցրելով, այն դնում է նույնիսկ ոչ թե Ալիևի, այլ Արցախի քաղաքական ղեկավարության վրա: Իսկ կոչը՝ պաշտպանել միայն այն ուժերին, որոնք ստացել են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների «դաբրոն», ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան բացահայտ մեսիջ առ այն, որ եթե արցախցիներ չպարեն Փաշինյանի դուդուկի տակ, ապա իրադարձությունների զարգացման բոլոր հնարավոր հետևանքները մնալու են Արցախի իշխանությունների քաղաքական «խղճին»: Իսկ իրադարձությունները բնավ էլ խաղաղ հունով չեն ընթանում, վկայությունը՝ արևելյան հարևանի կողմից պարբերաբար անցկացվող բազմահազարանոց զորավարժություններն են:
