Ալեն Սիմոնյանը առաջարկում է վիճակախաղերի մասին օրենքում փոփոխություններով փակել բուքմեյքերական գրասենյակները: Արտաքուստ բարի նպատակներ ունեցող առաջարկ է, որպես պայքար «տնաքանդության» դեմ: Բայց Սիմոնյանն ուզում է ձեռքի ափով փակել ջրվեժը ու ստանում է ոչ թե արդյունք, այլ հետևանք: Հետևանք՝ բազմաթիվ մարդկանց գործազրկության ու խնդրի չափազանց մասնակի լուծման տեսքով: Գրասենյակների փակումը լուծում չէ. խաղացողը խաղալու է, տանուլ է տալու կամ հաղթելու է օնլայն տիրույթում: Այս տիրույթում Ալեն Սիմոնյանն ունի՞ խաղամոլությանը վերջ դնելու իրավական ու տեխնիկական հնարավորություններ: Կարծում ենք՝ ոչ:

Մյուս կողմից՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնի դեպքերից հետո հանդիպում է Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված ԵՄ դեսպաններին ու նրանց ազդարարում. «Վերջին մեկ տարվա ամենամեծ խնդիրը կապված է նրա հետ, որ մեր հանրությունը բացարձակապես բոլոր դատական որոշումների պատասխանատվությունը դնում է կառավարության վրա, և բացարձակապես բոլոր որոշումները մեկնաբանվում են որպես վարչապետի անձնական որոշումներ հանրության շրջանում»:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում միանգամից հարց է առաջանում՝ «մեր հանրությունը» դեռ ինչքա՞ն ճանապարհներ պիտի փակի, ինչքա՞ն ցույցեր անի, ինչքա՞ն բողոքի, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը համոզվի՝ Հայաստանի ամենամեծ ընթացիկ խնդիրը դատաիրավական համակարգում չէ, դա ածանցյալ է: Անցումային արդարադատության հաստատման, վեթթինգի ու Աստված գիտի էլ ինչից առաջ ու հետո ընթացիկ խնդիրը եղել ու մնալու է տնտեսությունը: Աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը: Եվ դեռ շատ մեծ հարց է դատաիրավական համակարգի բարեփոխման մասին վարչապետի ընկալման համարժեքությունը իրականությանը: Մեկ տարի այդ ընկալումը օրակարգ չէր գալիս, եկավ, երբ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կալանքից ազատ արձակվեց: Հարց է՝ եթե դատավորը մերժեր միջնորդությունը, դատավորների անհապաղ վեթթինգի գաղափարը ե՞րբ ի հայտ կգար: Կամ եթե գար՝ կարտահայտվեր դատարաններ շրջափակելո՞վ, թե՞ դատարանների որոշումների անկախությունը ապահովելու իրավական ճանապարհների որոնումով:

Ունենք մի իրավիճակ, որ թե՛ վարչապետի շրջափակման կոչը, թե՛ ԱԺ փոխնախագահի՝ գրավատների փակման օրինագիծը նույն հարթության մեջ են՝ պոպուլիստական, հատվածական, աղմկահարույց քայլեր, որ հարցի լուծում չեն: ԵՄ դեսպաններին իր քայլը հիմնավորելու ու նրանց հավանությունը ստանալու փոխարեն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պիտի ներկայացներ, թե Հայաստանում ինչպես են պատկերացնում ԵՄ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները, ինչ են ակնկալում ԵՄ-ից ու ինչ են պատրաստ տալ ԵՄ-ին: Ներկայացներ իր տնտեսական ծրագրերը՝ օգտվելով ԵՄ-ի՝ Հայաստանին տված հնարավորություններից ու նոր հնարավորությունների ստեղծման խնդիր դներ:
