Քաղաքական պորտֆոլիոյի էպատաժները
ANALYSISՀՀ ներքաղաքական պորտֆոլիոն գնալով ավելի է թանձրանում՝ անհասկանալի յուրահատուկ երանգավորմամբ: Առհասարակ պետական կառավարման համակարգում միշտ էլ լինում են խնդիրներ, սակայն այդ խնդիրների լուծման, թեկուզ իրավիճակային կարգավորման համար անհրաժեշտ է ռացիոնալիզմի և իրականության զգացողության անհրաժեշտություն: Քաղաքականության մեջ առաջնային և կարևոր փաստերից մեկը քաղաքական ուժերի գաղափարական հիմք ունենալն է, այլ ոչ թե առաջնորդների անձնական որակները։ Մեր երկրին անհրաժեշտ է քաղաքական ներկապնակ ձևավորել, ինչը թույլ կտա շտկել դրությունը:
Այսօր Հայաստանի քաղաքական դաշտն անառողջ է, տիրում է հետէյֆորիայի լուրջ սինդրոմ, և դրա «բուժման» համար անհրաժեշտ են հավաքական գործողություններ։ Ունենք այնպիսի մի իրավիճակ, երբ մեր քաղաքական առաջնորդներից ոչ մեկը չի կարող պարծենալ նրանով, որ հստակ պատկերացնում է քաղաքականության մեջ առկա միջազգային ուղղվածությունները, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները:
Ակնհայտ է, որ քաղաքական դաշտի արտախորհրդարանական ընդդիմադիր հատվածում ունենք մի յուրահատուկ ցուգցվանգ. նախկին իշխանությունները ակնհայտորեն թիրախավորում են գործող համակարգի գրեթե բոլոր քայլերը, առանց բացառության, մի մասն էլ տարբեր մանիպուլ յատիվ հնարքներով փորձում է դաշտում ճիշտ դիրքավորում ապահովել:
Իշխանությունների համար շարունակում է թրենդային մնալ և գրեթե նույն՝ հեղափոխական սոուսով են մատուցում ցանկացած այն իրավիճակը, որն իրենց համար այդքան էլ կոմֆորտային չէ, քանի որ չունեն հստակ գործիքակազմ և լուծման մեթոդոլոգիա՝ տվյալ իրավիճակում կարգավորում անելու համար: Ասվածի օրինակ կարող է հանդիսանալ վերջին շրջանում դատաիրավական ոլորտում ստեղծված այն «բորշը», որի անունը դրել են անցումային արդարադատություն կամ վեթթինգ: Հավանաբար շատերը մոռացան, որ ընդամենը 4-5 ամիս առաջ ամենուր թևածում էր «տնտեսական հեղափոխություն» ձևակերպումը, հնչում էին դրա առաջնայնության ու հրատապության մասին հայտարարություններ. կար տեսակետ, որ միայն այդ ճանապարհով է հնարավոր Հայաստանը դուրս բերել այս լճացած, տնտեսական բլոկադայից: Այսօր արդեն, արհեստական նոր օրակարգի ներդրմամբ, իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան հանրությանը ստիպեց մոռացության մատնել «տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը», և ունենք արդեն նոր՝ «վեթթինգասեր» հասարակություն:
Ըստ էության՝ ներկայումս բավական թանձր այս պորտֆոլ իայում թացը խառնվել է չորին, մանիպուլ յացիան՝ իրականությանը, ֆեյքը՝ ճշտին, և հասարակ շարքային քաղաքացին չնայած գրեթե ամեն օր գերինֆորմացված է, սակայն բնավ չի տիրապետում երկրում տիրող իրական պատկերին:
