Մշտական հարաբերությունները ենթադրում են մարդու հետ երկարատեւ՝ ամենօրյա, ամեն շաբաթվա կամ թեկուզ ավելի հազվադեպ շփում, ամեն դեպքում դուք այդ մարդու հետ զգացմունքային կապ եք ունենում: Նրա մասին մտածելիս՝ ձեզ մոտ որոշակի արձագանք է առաջանում: Եթե այդ արձագանքը դրական է՝ ուրեմն ամեն ինչ հրաշալի է, իսկ եթե այդ մարդու մեջ ձեզ ինչ- որ բան դուր չի գալիս, ուրեմն այդ արձագանքը նույնպես որոշ բացասական տարրեր է պարունակում:

Մեզ առավել վառ ու ստույգ արտացոլում են հենց մեր զուգընկերները եւ այն մարդիկ, ում հետ մենք շատ ժամանակ ենք անցկացնում: Այնպես որ այս հարցում ինքնակատարելագործում է պահանջվում: Մեզ այդ մարդկանց մեջ կարող է ինչ- որ բան դուր գալ կամ դուր չգալ: Շատ հնարավոր է, որ ինչ -որ մեկի հետ մենք կցանկանայինք չշփվել, բայց Տիեզերքն այլ կերպ է տնօրինել: Մեր կյանքում ոչ մի պատահականություն չկա: Եվ մեր ճանապարհին հանդիպած յուրաքանչյուր մարդու մեջ կա Մեր մի մասնիկը:

Բանն այն է, որ նմանը ձգում է նմանին: Այսինքն եթե ուզում եք ավելի լավը, ավելի երջանիկ ու ներդաշնակ դառնալ, ուրեմն պետք է ինքներդ ձեզ փոխեք եւ դա անպայման կարտացոլվի նաեւ ձեր դիմացինի բնավորության գծերում:

Եվ այն պահանջները, որոնք դուք ներկայացնում եք մարդկանց, իրականում դուք ինքներդ ձեզ եք ներկայացնում:

Եթե դուք դժգոհ եք մեկ այլ մարդու որեւէ բնավորության գծից, ուրեմն դուք ենթագիտակցորեն դժգոհ եք նաեւ ձեր այդ նույն գծից, պարզապես չեք խոստովանում դա: 
Ցավոք, մարդու համար դժվար է նախ ինքն իրեն վերլուծել, իսկ հետո նոր իր դժգոհությունն արտահայտել զուգընկերոջ նկատմամբ: Այս հարցում բոլորովին ճիշտ չէ նաեւ լռելը, դիմանալը ու եղածի հետ համակերպվելը: Եթե մարդիկ ձեր կյանքի կարեւոր մասն են կազմում, ուրեմն պետք է անպայման խոսել այն ամենի մասին, ինչ ձեզ մտահոգում է: Անկեղծությունն ու ազնվությունը լավ ու ամուր հարաբերությունների երաշխիքն են: 
Դուք պետք է վերլուծեք ձեր ընկալումները ու սկսեք աշխատել այդ ուղղությամբ:

Եվ միայն այդպես՝ հանգույցը հանգույցի հետեւից բացելով, դուք կհասկանաք

1. Որ ձեր թշնամիները ամենեւին էլ թշնամիներ չեն

2. Որ ցանկացած մարդու հետ կարելի է ընդհանուր լեզու գտնել
Իսկ այն մարդը, որը ձեզ զայրացնում է ու որի հետ դուք կցանկանայիք դադարեցնել շփումը, պարզապես կհեռանա ձեր կյանքից կամ էլ ձեր ընկերը կդառնա:

3. Որ ավելի լավ մեկին գտնելու հույսով զուգընկերոջը թողնելը կարող է սխալ քայլ լինել, քանի որ այդ մեկ ուրիշի հետ կլինի նույնը, եթե դուք մինչ այդ չգիտակցեք ու չյուրացնեք ինքնակատարելագործման այն խնդիրները, որոնք կյանքն է ձեզ առաջադրել:
Այդ դեպքում արժե՞ վատնել ձեր անգին տարիները՝ փոխելով զուգընկերներին ու որոնելով կատարյալ հարաբերություններ:
