Պատրաստման եղանակ
- Խառնում ենք կարագը, ձվի դեղնուցը, շաքարավազը, աղը, վանիլինը, ռոմը, քերիչով անցկացված կիտրոնի կեղևն ու ալյուրը և հունցում փափուկ խմոր: Պատրաստի խմորը փաթաթում ենք ցելոֆանի մեջ և տեղափոխում սառնարան 30 րոպեով:
- Հանում ենք խմորը սառնարանից, գրտնակով բացում, ապա բաժակով կտրում ենք հավասար քանակության շրջանակներ և օղակներ:
Կտրատված շրջանակներն ու օղակները դնում ենք պերգամենտային թղթով պատած տապակի վրա և թխում ջեռոցում 10-15 րոպե 180 աստիճանում:
- Պատրաստի թխվածքաբլիթները հանում ենք ջեռոցից, թողնում որ սառչի, ապա շրջանակների վրա քսում ենք ջեմը, վրան դնում օղակները ու մատուցում մեկ բաժակ տաք շոկոլադի հետ:
Ջեմով թխվածքաբլիթների կտորները իրար միացնելու համար այստեղ օգտագործվել է ելակի ջեմ, սակայն կարելի է օգտագործել ցանկացած այլ պինդ կոնսիստենցիայի ջեմ: Ցանկալի է, որ օգտագործվող ջեմը լինի թեթևակի թթվաշ, որպեսզի թխվածքաբլիթի քաղցրության հետ ավելի կոնտրաստային համ ստեղծի:)
