35-ամյա ավստրալուհին հիվանդանոց էր ընկել և դարձել էր միջազգային լուրերի հերոսուհի: Հիվանդանոց ընկնելու պատճառը՝ չորս օր չափազանց նեղ ջինսեր կրելն էր: Բնականաբար նյարդային վերջավորությունների վնասման միակ պատճառը նեղ ջինսերը չէին, սակայն նպաստել են դրան:
Ի՞նչ էր պատահել իրականում:
Կինը իր բարեկամներից մեկին օգնել էր տեղափոխման ժամանակ: Նա արկղեր էր դատարկել, որի ընթացքում ստիպված էր եղել ներքև կռանալ՝ նեղ ջինսերով: Ավելի ուշ, երբ նա տուն է վերադարձել՝ զգացել է, որ ոտքը կամաց-կամաց անզգայանում է: Դատարկ տեղը նա սայթաքել և ընկել է: Մի քանի ժամ շարունակ նա պառկած է եղել գետնին և չի կարողացել շարժվել, մինչ ինչ-որ մեկը գտել է նրան և տարել հիվանդանոց:
Ի՞նչ ասացին բժիշկները
Բժիշկները պնդում են, որ նեղ ջինսերը ճշում են ոտքերի հետևի հատվածը և առաջացնում են շեղումներ, որի դեպքում կրճատվում է արյան հոսքը ոտքի մկաններ: Դա առաջացնում է մկանների այտուցվածություն և մոտակա մկանների ճնշում: Արդյունքում մարդը կորցնում է հավասարակշռությունը և շարժվելու կարողությունը: Ժամանակին բժշկական օգնություն չցուցաբերելու արդյունքում կարող է նյարդերի բորբոքում առաջանալ:
Արժե՞ արդյոք նեղ ջինսեր հագնել:
Բժիշկները պնդում են, որ ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել սիրելի նեղ ջինսերից պետք չէ: Ողղակի պետք է ճիշտ, համապատասխան չափս ընտրել: Եթե դուք մի կերպ եք կարողանում հագնել ջինսերը, կարմրում և քրտնում եք հագնելու ժամանկ, ապա այդպիսի ջինսերից միանշանակ պետք է հրաժարվել: Պետք է հեշտ կարողանաք հագնեք ջինսերը և այն պետք է փափուկ, նրբորեն կպչի ոտքերին: Այս դեպքում ջինսերի պատճառով ձեր առողջությանը ոչինչ չի սպառնա:
