Ո՞րն է գողականներին ասֆալտին փռելու Փաշինյանի նպատակը

Քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
"Քրեական ենթամշակույթ կրող անձանց վերաբերյալ" սկանդալային օրենքի ընդունումը, որի նախաձեռնողն է իշխանամետ "Իմ Քայլը" դաշինքը, ի սկզբանե ներկայացվում էր որպես քրեածին տարրերի դեմ անողոք պայքար մղելու համար անհրաժեշտ միջոց... Շատերս հավատացել էինք իշխանությունների այս թեզին...
Սակայն ՊՎԾ նախկին պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի factor.am-ին տված հարցազրույցը, որի ժամանակ վերջինս ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ալեն Սիմոնյանին մեղադրեց երևանցի հայտնի քրեական հեղինակությունների հետ ոչ միայն սերտ կապեր ունենալու, այլև նրանց հնարավորությունները 2018 թ-ի դեկտեմբերին ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների ժամանակ օգտագործելու համար, ոչ միայն կասկածներ առաջացրեց ինձ մոտ՝ կապված իշխանությունների բարի և իրական նպատակի հետ, այլև կարելի է ենթադրել, որ այն ունի հիմնականում այլ նպատակներ՝ քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին ավելի խոցելի դարձնել և անհրաժեշտության դեպքում անսահմանափակ օգտագործել նրանց հնարավորությունները...
Ըստ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի` "Իմ Քայլը" դաշինքի համար ձայներ են ապահովել նաև այնպիսի դեմքեր, ինչպիսիք են Վստրեչի Ապերը, ինչպես նաև "թոխմախցիները"... Ու սա ընդամենը մեկ բացահայտում է... Ըստ օդում կախված լուրերի` քրեածին շատ այլ տարրեր ևս, հատկապես Երևանում, այդ ընտրությունների ժամանակ աշխատել են պարոն Փաշինյանի քաղաքական թիմի ներկայացուցիչների համար... Ծիծաղելի կլիներ, եթե պարոն Փաշինյանը Սանասարյանի բարձրաձայնած փաստերի մասին չիմանար...
Վերը նշված օրենքի ընդունումն էլ ավելի խոցելի կդարձնի այդ տարրերի անվտանգ գործունեությունը Հայաստանում և նրանց Հայաստանում մնալ-չմնալու հարցը ամբողջությամբ կախված կլինի պարոն Փաշինյանի ցանկությունից, ով, չի բացառվում, 2018 թ-ի ԱԺ ընտրություններից հետո "համը բերանն է ընկել" և նախորդ իշխանություններից օրինակ վերցնելով, կշարունակի օգտվել այդ քրեածին տարրերի կազմակերպչական և այլ հնարավորություններից՝ հօգուտ սեփական քաղաքական թիմի...
Ստացվում է, որ այս օրենքով գործող իշխանությունները փորձում են "սեփականաշնորհել" քրեական աշխարհը՝ սեփական քաղաքական թիմի շահերին ծառայեցնելու համար՝ միևնույն ժամանակ կտրելով կապը նախորդների հետ...
Հ.Գ. Եթե պարոն Սանասարյանի հարցազրույցում հնչած մտքերը՝ կապված ներկայիս բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների և քրեածին տարրերի միջև սերտ կապի մասին համապատասխանում է իրականությանը, ապա այս ոլորտում ևս մեր երկրում ոչինչ չի փոխվել...
Իսկ "հակագողական" օրենքի ընդունման նպատակը՝ քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին սեփական շահերի համար հետագայում ծառայեցնելն է...
