«Վերջը սոված ենք մնալու»
BLOGՉի կարող մանր մասնավոր անասնապահ գյուղացին իր սեփականության մի մասը զիջի ինչ-որ անհասկանալի սպանդանոցի։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հրանտ Բագրատյանը։
Գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Անասնապահների ցույցը կառավարության դեմ լիովին արդարացված է։ Չի կարող մանր մասնավոր անասնապահ գյուղացին իր սեփականության մի մասը զիջի ինչ-որ անհասկանալի սպանդանոցի։ Գյուղացին առանց այդ էլ ավելացված արժեքի մեծ մասը զիջում է ոչ գյուղացի/քաղաքացի միջնորդին։ Հիմա դրան ավելանում է մորթի գործառույթը։ Սա էլ ենք վերցնում գյուղացուց։ Բացի դա, վաղ թե ուշ այս սպանդանոցները կենտրոնանալու են օլիգարխների ձեռքում։ Ոչ գյուղացու սեփականություն հանդիսացող սպանդանոցները բնորոշ են կոլխոզներին եւ սովխոզներին։ Նորից այդ քաղաքականության կիրառումը տանելու է գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների խոշորացմանն ու կոլխոզների եւ սովխոզների վերականգմանը։ Հիմա պետք է պետությունը հիմնի սպանդանոցներ (իր վրա վերցնի կապիտալ ծախսերը, որոնց մի փոքր մասը ժամանակին պետք է վերադարձվի), դրանք դարձնի կոոպերատիվներ, որտեղ փայ (ոչ թե բաժնեմաս) պետք է ունենանան այն գյուղացիները, որոնց անասունները այդտեղ մորթում են կամ ենթամշակման ենթարկում։ Այդ կոոպերատիվներում պետք է բացառապես աշխատեն փայատեր գյուղացիների ընտանիքի անդամները։ Այսպիսով, գյուղացին ուրախությամբ դրան կհամաձայնի ու մի բան էլ փայ ու լրացուցիչ եկամուտ կստանա։ Այս կոնկրետ բաները ՆՓ-ին ասվել է 1.7 տարի առաջ։ Ավաղ, գ-տ-թյան ոլորտը վստահվել է մեկին, որն այն պատկերացնում է մի քանի խոշոր սովխոզի տարբերակով, այստեղ այնտեղ խոսում է մանր սեփականաշնորհման սխալ լինելուց, այդ ամենը համարում թալան։ Նա ՌԴ գ-տ-թյան ստրուկտուրան փորձում է վերականգնել Հայաստանում։ Վերջը սոված ենք մնալու»։
