Ինձ համար ընդհանրապես զարմանալի էր, թե 1․5 տարի ինչու էր պահել այդ գրիչը. Հրայր Թովմասյան
POLITICSՀորդորում եմ այդ գրիչի պատմությանը վերջ տալ։ Այս մասին 168TV-ի՝ Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանի հեղինակային «Պրեսսինգ» հաղորդաշարի ընթացքում ասել է Սահմանադրական դատարանի նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանը։
«Չի կարող գրիչը դառնալ քաղաքական օրակարգի համար մեկ հարցը, ես ուղղակի ներողություն եմ խնդրում եւ չեմ ուզում դրա մասին խոսել։ Հորդորում եմ բոլոր մարդկանց, պետական այրերին ձեռնպահ մնալ այդ հարցի շուրջ քննարկումներից, որովհետեւ առաջին հերթին արժեզրկվում են այդ ինստիտուտները։ Ամեն ինչ եղել է տեսախցիկների առջեւ, հիշում եք՝ ես հայտարարել էի, որ տեսախցիկներից դուրս որեւէ հանդիպում չեմ ունեցել։ Եվ եթե կողքիդ նստած է գործընկեր, որի գրիչը չի գրում կամ կորչում է եւ դու իրեն ես փոխանցում քո գրիչը, կամ տեսնում ես, որ իր մոտ գրիչ չկա, քեզ մոտ այլ գրիչներ կան, եթե սա պետք է դիտարկել որպես քծնանք, ապա համարեք, որ ես այս երկրի, այս աշխարհի վերջին քծնողն եմ։ Եթե դա կհամարեք քաղաքավարական ժեստ, ապա ես ընդունեմ, որ դա քաղաքավարական ժեստ է եւ շարունակեմ, բայց խնդրում եմ՝ այս դիսկուրսը փակեք։ Մեր երկրի առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրները, տարածաշրջանային եւ այլ մարտահրավերները, շատ ավելի բարդ են, քան, որ երկրի ողջ քաղաքական, հասարակական շերտը նստի եւ քննարկի՝ ինչ եղավ, երբ մի գրիչը ՍԴ նախագահը փոխանցեց վարչապետին»։
«Ի՞նչ արժեր գրիչը» հարցին՝ Թովմասյանը պատասխանել է, թե չի հիշում.
«Ես չեմ կարող դա հիշել, բայց երբ դրանից հետո եղան այդ հրապարակումները 10․000 դրամից մինչեւ մի քանի հարյուր դոլար, եվրո... ես ամաչում եմ հիմա դրա մասին խոսել։ Ես նույնիսկ այդ օրը չգիտեմ՝ արարողակարգով ինչպես էի հայտնվել վարչապետի կողքին, թերեւս, որովհետեւ ես նաեւ Համահայկական հիմնադրամի փոխնախագահն եմ։ Ինձ համար ընդհանրապես զարմանալի էր, թե 1․5 տարի ինչու էր պահել այդ գրիչը։ Ես այդ գրիչի մասին, անկեղծ եմ ասում, չէի հիշում։ Հիշում եմ մի դեպք, երբ ես նախարար էի, Ազգային ժողովում պատգամավորներից մեկն ասաց՝ փողկապդ լավն է, փողկապը հանեցի եւ նրան նվիրեցի։ Աշխատասենյակումս շախմատի մի տախտակ կար, ընկերներիցս մեկն ասաց՝ լավ շախմատ է, ասացի դուրդ գալիս է՝ վերցրու տար։ Հետո սկսել եմ սրանք մտաբերել, սրանք սովորական քաղաքավարության կանոններ են ընդամենը․ դիմացինին մի պահ ինչ-որ հաճելի բան անելը, սիրում եմ նվերներ տալ։ Չեմ ժխտի՝ սիրում եմ նաեւ նվերներ ստանալ։ Բայց ես նույնիսկ դա նվեր չեմ համարի։ Այդ պահին ասել եմ՝ թող մնա Ձեզ մոտ, որովհետեւ երկրի վարչապետն այդ պահին գրիչ չուներ»։
