Քիթ- Սուր և երկար խիթը խոսում է խստության և բռնկվողականության մասին: Անլուրջ և քմահաճ մարդկանց հատուկ է մի փոքր վեր ցցված քիթը: Մեծ, «հաստ» քիթը խոսում է մարդու դաժանության մասին:
Բերան- Փոքր բերան սովորաբար ունենում են թույլ բնավորություն ունեցող անձինք: Եթե անձի վերին շրթունքը մի փոքր մեծ է ներքևինից, ապա մարդն իսկական էգոիստ է: Եթե ներքևի շրթունքն ավելի մեծ է, ապա մարդը սովոր է կյանքից ստանալ ցանկալին: Նեղ շուրթերը խոսում են փակվածության մասին: Մեծ շուրթերը խոսում են մարդու քաջության մասին:
