POLITICSԳյուղատնտեսական սեզոնն արդեն սկսել է, իսկ գյուղացին գտնվում է կառավարության կողմից անտեսված վիճակում: Գյուղացին զրկվել է պետական աջակցությունից, ինչի արդյունքում ինքնուրույն է կրել ամբողջ բեռը: Խորհրդարանում հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ հայտարարեց ԼՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր Արմեն Եղիազարյանը. «Միգուցե անձնական օգտագործման համար պարարտանյութ ներկրելու դեպքում գյուղացուն ազատենք ԱԱՀ-ից՝ ինչ-որ ձևով մեղմելով այդ ծախսերը: Դիզվառելիքի մասով ասեմ, որ 2018 թվականից ի վեր սուբսիդավորումը վերացված է: Լուրջ խնդիրներ կան ոռոգման համակարգում: Ի՞նչ է անում կառավարությունն այդ խնդիրները լուծելու համար»:
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե ինչու է պատգամավորնը լալահառաչ տոնով այդ հարցը տալիս՝ լավ իմանալով, որ այդ դիզվառելիքի շատ մեծ մասը գյուղապետարաններում, այլ շրջանակներում մսխվել գնացել է. «Դա վերաբերում է նաև մնացած օգնություններին: Մենք ասում ենք, որ գյուղացուն օգնում ենք աշխատել, դուք հարցնում եք, թե ինչու ենք գողությունների մեխանիզմը փակել ու որոշ գյուղապետերի ու Ճ կլասի պաշտոնյաների թողել անտեր:
Լավ ենք արել: Որովհետև այդ հարցով տասնյակ քրեական գործեր կան հարուցված: Էտ դուք մամուլից չեք կարդո՞ւմ, թե այդ սալյարկաներն ինչ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնայների էին բաժին հասնում: Չեք կարդացե՞լ, որ այդ դիզվառելիքները տալիս մեծ հողամասեր ստացողները շատ են ստանում, ինչի արդյունքում ստացվում է, որ օլիգարխներին ենք ֆինասնավորում:
Դուք ասում եք, որ գյուղացին մնացել է միայնակ, բայց մենք գյուղացիների համար 11-ից ավել ծրագրեր ենք ներկայացրել: Մենք գյուղերում զարգացման ծրագրեր ենք ներկայացրել: Ձեր ասած մեխանիզմները փակվել են, քանի որ դրանից խոշորներն են օգտվում:
Ճիշտ ենք արել, որ փակել ենք, քանի որ դա անարդյունավետ ծախս է: Ով ձեզ խնդրել է այդ հարցը տալ, լավ կլինի անունը տաք, գնանք տեսնենք, թե ինչ գույքի է նա տիրապետում, գնանք հարցնենք, թե նախկինում ինչ առնչություն է ունեցել դիզվառելիքի, և մյուս բաների հետ: Մենակ չասեք, թե խեղճ ու կրակ գյուղացին է ասել, որ հարցը տաք»:
Եղիազարյանը նշեց, որ այսօր գողանալու մասով մտավախություն պետք է չլիներ, խնդիրը պետք է լուծվեր, ոչ թե աջակցությունը փակվեր. «Պատասխանից ստացվում է, որ այսօր ևս պետք է գողանա՞ն: Մենք պետք է աջակցությունը տրամադրենք՝ բացառելով գողանալը»:
Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ օգնությունը բաժանվում է ըստ հողի, հետևաբար շատ ստանում ենք նրանք, ովքեր շատ հողեր ունեն. «Ինչ վերաբերում է գողանալուն, ապա այսօր էլ են գողանում: Դուք լուրերին չեք հետևո՞ւմ: Գործող պաշտոնյաներ են ձերբակալվում: Մենք բոլորի հետևից գնալու ենք»:
