Ուզում եմ դիմել հոգեբաններին, որպեսզի հստակեցնեն՝ Նիկոլն ադեկվա՞դ է, թե՞ ոչ․ Շանթ Հարությունյան

Հայկական կողմն ասում է, որ բանակցային սեղանին ոչ մի փաստաթուղթ չկա։ Կա դիտարկում, որ Նիկոլը խաբել է, բայց ես էլ ուզում եմ դիմել հոգեբաններին, գիտեք նրանց՝ Կարինե Նալչաջյան, Միհրդատ Մադաթյան, որպեսզի իրենք հստակեցնեն՝ Նիկոլն ադեկվա՞դ է, թե՞ ոչ։ Այս մասին Անժելա Թովմասյանի՝ Արմնյուզ ՀԸ «Հայելու առաջ» հեղինակային հաղորդման ժամանակ ասել է «Ցեղակրոն» կուսակցության նախագահ Շանթ Հարությունյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությանը։

 

Ըստ Շանթ Հարությունյանի՝ տպավորություն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գնում է բանակցությունների՝ չհասկանալով բանակցություններն ինչ են․ «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասում էր՝ մենք բանակցություններ չենք վարում, զրուցում ենք, չենք բանակցում։ Դե Լավրովի նման «հարց լուծողներն էլ» ասում են՝ եղավ Նիկոլ ջան, դու զրուցի, վերջում էլ թուղթը կստորագրես։ Ինքը գուցե չի հասկանում, որ բանակցությունները զրույցներ են։ Ցավոք, պետք է ասեմ, որ հայ ժողովուրդը քաղաքականապես ադեկվատ չէ։ Նիկոլն ասում է մադրիդյան սկզբունքների շուրջ չենք բանակցում, մենք զրոյից ենք սկսում։ Ես առաջարկում եմ, քանի որ ասում եք տարածային ամբողջականություն եւ ագերի ինքնորոշման իրավունք, ուրեմն թող այդ 5 շրջաններում ստեղծեն Արցախի կազմում ադրբեանական ինքնավարություն եւ ասեն, թող Ադրբեջանն էլ փոխադարձաբար ճանաչի Արցախի Հանրապետությունը», ասել է Շանթ Հարությունյանը։ Շանթ Հարությունյանի համոզմամբ՝ տարածաշրջանում ստատուս-քվոն կպահպանվի այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ Ռուսաստանը չլուծված հարցեր ունի Ալիևի հետ։ Ըստ նրա, եթե հայերը նույնիսկ ցանկանան հողերը տան, բայց ռուսները դեմ լինեն, միշ կգտնվի մի Վիտալի Բալասանյան, որը, նրա բառերով՝ կկրի բոլորին։ Հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ հենց այս փուլում Լավրովը նման հայտարարություն արեց՝ խոսելով այդ թվում նաև գազի թանկացման մասին, այստեղ արդյոք կապ կա՞ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանքի տակ պահելու հետ, Շանթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանել է․ «Կայսրության ղեկավարները երբեք ընկերության շահերով չեն առաջնորդվում։ Պուտինն առաջնորդվում է բացառապես կայսրության շահերով»։ Ըստ Շանթ Հարությունյանի՝ այս իշխանությունը, մասնավորապես Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը թշնամիներին ճանաչելու խնդիր ունի: Խոսելով վերջին երկու տարում Հայաստանի վարած ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականության մասին՝ Հարությունյանն ասել է. «Սերժ Սարգսյանը կարողանում էր Արևմուտքի հետ լեզու գտնել, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ ռուսների, բայց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երկու կողմում էլ տապալել է հարաբերությունները»: Հարցին՝ ի վերջո այս իշխանությունն անցնող երկու տարում ի՞նչ է արել, ինչի՞ է հասել, Շանթ Հարությունյանը պատասխանել է. «Ես, իսկապես, չգիտեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ինչ է անում, բայց գիտեմ մի բան՝ ասել է, որ սրան-նրան դատելու է, դա էլ անում է»: Ըստ Շանթ Հարությունյանի՝ Փաշինյանը կարող էր արհմիության լավ ղեկավար լինել, որ կամ ձեռնարկության տնօրենի տեղակալ, այն էլ ոչ արտադրության գծով, որպեսզի ուշացողներին հանդիմաներ, կամ դատախազության խոսնակ, որպեսզի ասեր՝ կաշառակներներին բռնելու ենք։
