Իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ թարս է անում, որոշումներն ուշացած են, անպատասխանատու և ոչ կոմպետենտ: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Անդրանիկ Թեւանյանը:

«Եթե կորոնավիրուսով վարակվածների՝ վերջին օրերի տեմպը պահպանվի, ապա 2 շաբաթից Հայաստանում մենք կհատենք 4.000–ի սահմանագիծը։

Իշխանությունն ամեն ինչ թարս է անում։ Որոշումներն ուշացած են, անպատասխանատու և ոչ կոմպետենտ։

Երբ պետք էր կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ անել, ոչինչ չարեցին։

Երբ պետք էր արտակարգ դրություն հայտարարել, «այո»–ի քարոզով էին զբաղված՝ մարդկանց մեծ խմբերով հավաքելով ու վարակի տարածմանը նպաստելով։

Երբ պետք էր արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում արտակարգ միջոցառումներ իրականացնել (վարակի օջախների բացահայտում և ռիսկերի կառավարում, թեստավորման մեծ քանակի ապահովում, հոսպիտալացման պայմանների ստեղծում, թոքերի արհեստական օդափոխիչ սարքերի ձեռքբերում, ախտահանման աշխատանքների կազմակերպում, տնտեսության «բացման» նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների իրականացում, քարոզչություն և այլն), զբաղված էին լրիվ այլ խնդիրներով։ Արտակարգ դրության ռեժիմը կրեց ձևական բնույթ։ Հա՛մ վարակի դեմ պայքարը ձախողվեց, հա՛մ տնտեսությունը հսկայական հարված ստացավ։

Հիմա ուզում են երկուշաբթի օրվանից գործնականում հրաժարվել սահմանափակումներից, քանզի սոցիալ–տնտեսական ճնշումների տակ են մնացել։

Եթե սկզբում ասում էին, թե բա կորոնավիրուսն ում շունն է ու արտակարգ դրություն չէին հայտարարում, ապա հիմա էլ ասում են՝ վարակվածներն ում շունն են, որ իրենց պատճառով անհանգստանանք։ Մինչդեռ անցած 1,5 ամիսը պետք է օգտագործվեր տնտեսական կյանքի աշխուժացումը նախապատրաստելու համար։

«Գնացեք ձեր գլուխը ինքներդ պահեք կամ էլ թող ձեր ունևոր հարևանները, բարեկամները ձեր խնդիրները հոգան»․ սա՛ է վարչապետի որդեգրած քաղաքականության կարգախոսը կորոնավիրուսային պայմաններում։

Այն, որ պետք է տնտեսության ճյուղերն աշխատեն, հասկանալի է, բայց դրան զուգահեռ պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որ մարդկանց կյանքի ու առողջության առումներով նվազագույն կորուստներ ունենանք։ Զրո աշխատանք կա այս ուղղությամբ։ Իշխանությունը զբաղված է բացառապես քաղաքական բանսարկություններով ու քրեաքաղաքական սերիալներ ապահովելով։

ՀՀ իշխանությունը ձեռքերը լվանում է և քաղաքացուն թողնում կորոնավիրուսի դեմ մեն մենակ։ Իսկ դա նույնն է, որ հնարավոր պատերազմի դեպքում մարդկանց հանես բաց դաշտ, չկիրառես հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերը և հայտարարես, թե ով ինչպես կարող է, թող պաշտպանվի։

Ու մինչ քաղաքական դաշտում ադիբուդիական կրքեր են բորբոքվում, Հայաստանը կարող է վերածվել կովկասյան Իտալիայի՝ այդտեղից բխող բոլոր տխուր հետևանքներով։ Սրա՛ մասին է պետք մտածել։ Թե չէ կոռուպցիոն սկանդալներով ու քաղաքական հետապնդումներով այլևս ոչ մեկի չես զարմացնի»,- գրել  է նա։
