Խաչատրյանների փաստաբանական խումբը հայտարարություն է տարածել
POLITICSԽաչատրյանների փաստաբանական խումբն այսօր հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որում անդրադարձել է Խաչատրյանների ընտանիքի անդամների և հարազատների նկատմամբ իրականացվող հետապնդմանը։
«Ապրիլի 30¬-ին Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ծանուցում է ներկայացրել Գագիկ Խաչատրյանի կնոջը և Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանի կնոջը, ամուսինների մասով քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ներկայանալ ԱԱԾ որպես վկա հարցաքննվելու համար: Վերջիններիս կողմից վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին հանձնվել էր գրավոր դիմում, որտեղ նշվել է, որ իրենց ներկայանալու դեպքում օգտվելու են օրենքով նախատեսված մերձավոր ազգականի դեմ ցուցմունք չտալու իրավունքից՝ խնդրելով հիմք ընդունել այդ դիրքորոշումը:
Միաժամանակ, պայմանավորված ՀՀ-ում համաճարակային իրավիճակի օրեցօր վատթարացող դրությամբ, նաև այն, որ Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանի կնոջ խնամքի տակ են գտնվում մանկահասակ երեխաներ, խնդրում են բացառապես միայն վերոնշյալ դիրքորոշումը հայտնելու համար ԱԱԾ չներկայանալը համարել հարգելի: Սակայն ուշ երեկոյան հայտնել են, որ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը չի բավարարվել այս դիմումներով և նորից ծանուցում է ներկայացրել կանանց ԱԱԾ ներկայանալու համար:
Մենք կարևոր ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ այս գործողությունները տեղի են ունենում ապօրինի ու գործին չառնչվող տասնյակ մարդկանց երկար հարցաքաննությունների ենթարկելու, հոգեբանական ճնշման, վախի ու ահաբեկելու մթնոլորտում։ Առանց որևէ հիմքի ձերբակալում են մարդկանց, այդ թվում նաև վարորդների։ Պետք է փաստել, որ սա ճնշում գործադրելու միջոց է, որը անկաշկանդ և անթաքույց օգտագործում է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռևս ապրիլի 28-ին «Գալաքսի» ընկերությունների խմբի համահիմնադիր, Ucom ընկերության տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ Գուրգեն Խաչատրյանը հաղորդել էր, որ երկրի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյանների մակարդակով ուղիղ և անուղղակի (այդ թվում հանդիպումների ժամանակ) պահանջ է դրվել իր առջև՝ հանրային ճնշումներով ուղեկցվող ոչ շահավետ առաջարկով օտարել Ucom-ը։ Իսկ չհամաձայնվելու դեպքում հստակ հայտնել են, որ կարճ ժամկետում մեղադրելու են առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործության կատարման մեջ և կալանավորելու, որին հետևելու է նույնաբնույթ գործողությունների իրականցումը եղբոր, ընտանիքի այլ անդամների, ազգականների, մտերիմների, ինչպես նաև իրենց հետ առնչվող այլ անձանց նկատմամբ։
