POLITICSՔանի դեռ ԱԺ-ում պատգամավորները վիճում են անցյալում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների մասին՝ ով եկավ 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 18-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մոտ, երբ եկավ, ինչ ասեց, ինչից հետո եկավ, «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորի հաղորդմամբ՝ իրեն ենթադրաբար հեծանվով վրաերթ կատարելու թե դրա սպառնալիքի համար արդեն շուրժ 20 ժամ է՝ ձերբակալվել է «Կամք» շարժման քաղաքական ակտիվիստ Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ավելին՝ նրան ներկայացրել են կալանքի, եւ նիստը լինելու է այսօր ժամը 17:00-ին Երեւանի դատարանի Կենտրոնի նստավայրում։
Աբսուրդի գագաթնակետն այն է, որ քաղաքական ակտիվիստին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 316-րդ հոդվածով (մինչեւ 5 տարի), որով տուժող կարող են լինել ոչ թե պատգամավորները, այլ ոստիկանական գործառույթ իրականացնողները։

ԱԺ պատգամավորները լավ կանեին՝ մի քիչ էլ ապագայի մասին մտածեին։

Նշենք, որ այդ միջադեպի վերաբերյալ դատախազությունը հարոդագրություն է տարածել, որտեղ, մասնվորապես, ասվում է.
«Պարզվել է, որ «Հայկական արժեքների պաշտպանության կամք» հասարակական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը նախաձեռնության այլ անդամների հետ ակցիա է իրականացրել «Սեռական շահագործումից եւ սեռական բնույթի բռնություններից երեխաների պաշտպանության մասին» ԵԽ կոնվենցիայի վավերացման դեմ, որի ընթացքում, հանդիպելով ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանին նրանից պահանջել է դեմ քվեարկել կոնվենցիայի վավերացմանը:
Ազգային ժողովի նիստի ավարտից հետո, Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը Երեւան քաղաքի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում հետապնդել է իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող` ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանին, եւ պարզելով, որ վերջինս կողմ է քվեարկել կոնվենցիայի վավերացմանը, տվել է սեռական բնույթի հայհոյանքներ եւ սպառնացել հաշվեհարդար տեսնել նրա հետ:
Իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ, կապված նրա կողմից իր ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ, բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիք տալու դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության Արաբկիրի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Դատախազի ցուցումով Արթուր Ալեքսանյանը ձերբակալվել է»:
