Առաջին հայացքից սա սովորական խրճիթ է. ես կորցրեցի խոսելու ունակությունը, երբ տեսա, թե ինչ կա ներսում (լուսանկարներ)

Շվեյցարիայի Տիչինո գավառում գտնվող այս խրճիթն առաջին հայացքից ոչնչով աչքի չի ընկնում:
Այն կարող է միայն պատմաբաններին գրավել, քանի որ կառուցվել է մոտավորապես 200 տարի առաջ:
Բայց բացի պատկառելի տարիքից, ոչ մի այնպիսի բան չկա, որ կարող է հիացնել մարդկանց:
Տնակը կառուցված է քարերից և փայտից: Ավելին, սկզբում այն նույնիսկ բնակելի չի եղել, այլ նախատեսված է եղել որպես չորանոց:
Կես դար անց խրճիթը դատարկվեց: Ոչ ոք չէր օգտվում դրանից, և այն կամաց-կամաց փլվում եր:
Խրճիթի բախտը բերեց նրանով, որ այն գտնվու էր անհավանական գեղեցիկ սարերում: Տնակն ունեցավ նոր գնորդ:
Տնակի փոխարեն նոր շքեղ առանձնատուն կառուցելու փոխարեն, սեփականատերը որոշեց նոր կյանք հաղորդել հին խրճիթին:
Արտաքին տեսքը չփոխվեց, բայց սերսն ամբողջությամբ փոփոխվեց:
Տնակում կան բոլոր հարմարությունները. Խոհանոց, ննջասենյակ, հյուրասենյակ և ընդարձակ լոգասենյակ, որն ավելի շատ լողավազան է հիշեցնում:
Նախկինում գյուղ-տնտեսության այս կառույցը, վերածվել է շքեղ վիլլայի, որին տրվել է Casa d’Estate անվանումը: Այն մեծ հանրաճանաչություն է ձեռք բերել և դարձել է Տիչինոի տեսարժան վայրերից մեկը:
