1. Մոռանալ վատը: Ամանորին նոր կյանք սկսելու գլխավոր նախադրյալներից մեկն այս է: Թողե՛ք ամեն վատը հին տարում, մոռացե՛ք դժվարություններն ու դժբախտությունները: Աշխատեք տարեմուտը դիմավորել բարձր տրամադրությամբ:
2. Ներել և հաշտվել: Ամանորից առաջ անպայման հաշտվեք այն անձանց հետ, ում հետ վիճել եք` ներելով նրանց ամեն բան: Թողե՛ք վիրավորանքները հին տարում:
3. Կատարել խոստումը: Եթե որևէ մեկին ինչ-որ բան եք խոստացել, ապա կատարեք ձեր խոստումը մինչև տարվա ավարտը:
4. Վերադարձնել պարտքերը: Պետք չէ տարին սկսել` չմարելով անցնող տարում կուտակած պարտքերը: Ազատվե՛ք այդ բեռից, որպեսզի Ամանորը թեթև սրտով դիմավորեք:
5. Դասավորել դարակը և զգեստապահարանը: Տան «ամանորյա մաքրություն» գրեթե բոլորն են անում: Հատակը, ջահը, պատուհանները լվանալու հետ մեկտեղ մի՛ մոռացեք կարգի բերել ձեր սենյակն ու ավելորդ բաներից ազատել դարակներն ու զգեստապարարանը:
6. Գնել ամանորյա զգեստ: Ցանկալի է Ամանորը դիմավորել նոր զգեստով, որպեսզի տարին հաջող լինի, ուստի որևէ գեղեցիկ զգեստ, զարդեր և կոշիկ գնեք ձեզ համար:
7. Զարդարել տունը և տոնածառը: Ամանորն առանց տոնածառի անհնար է պատկերացնել: Ժամանակ տրամադրեք նաև տունը տոնին համապատասխան զարդարելու համար:
8. Կարգի բերել արտաքինը: Եթե քաշի հետ կապված խնդիր ունեք` աշխատեք նիհարել մինչև Նոր տարի: Փոփոխություններ կատարեք սանրվածքում, թարմացրեք ձեր արտաքինը` նոր կերպար ստեղծելով:
