24 կգ կշռող 18 ամսական երեխան չի դադարում ուտել

Բժիշկները կարծես մեկ քայլ առաջ են գնացել այս արտասովոր երևույթի բացահայտման հարցում: 18 ամսական երեխան, ով կշռում է 24 կգ, չի դադարում ուտել,-տեղեկացնում է Past.am-ը: Ալիա Սալիմը այնքան մեծ է եղել 10 ամսականում (18.6 կգ), որ ունեցել է 6 տարեկանի տեսք: Նրա՝ թխվածքաբլիթներով լի առօրյան է հասցրել նմանատիպ վիճակի:
Ալիան այժմ իր տարիքի համեմատ ամենագեր աղջինկերից մեկն է աշխարհում: Հսկայական չափերի պատճառով նա նույնիսկ չի կարողանում չոչ անել: Ծնողները ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում հասկանալ, թե ինչն է իրենց աղջկա անհագ ախորժակի պատճառը: Բժիշկը մի քանի տեսակետ է առաջ քաշել:
Ըստ նրա՝ աղջիկը, հնարավոր է, որ տառապում է Պրադերա-Վիլի համախտանիշով: Սա հազվադեպ հանդիպող հիվանդություն է, որի բնորոշ գծերն են սովորելու դժվարությունները, աճի անկանոնությունը և մոլեգին ուտելը: Նա նշել է. որ կարող է լինել որոշ հորմոնալ խանգարումներ, կարող է կապված լինել նյութափոխանակության խանգարման հետ:
Իսկ պատճառները կարող են լինել գենետիկորեն, ժառանգաբար փոխանցված: «Սա կարող է լինել որոշ տեսակի քաղցկեղ, սակայն քանի որ նրանց ընտանիքի պատմության մեջ նմանատիպ դեպք արդեն գրանցվել է, նրա քույրը նույնպես նման գանգատ է ունեցել, ավելի հավանական է ժառանգական ծագումը»,- ասել է բժիշկը:
Մի շարք հետազոտություններ կանցկացվեն երեխայի հորմոնները և աճի մակարդակը ստուգելու, նաև համոզվելու համար, որ օրգանները նորմալ են գործում: Կկատարվի նաև ուլտրաձայնային թեսթավորում, կստուգվի շաքարի մակարդակը:
Միայն բոլոր այս հետազոտություններից հետո հնարավոր կլինի ճիշտ բնորոշում տալ այս տարօրինակ երեևույթին: Ալիան 4 կգ է ծնվել, բայց 4 ամսականից սկսած սկսել է գիրանալ: Ծնողները նույն գանգատներն ունեցած իրենց դստեր մահվանից հետո շատ ծանր հոգեվիճակում են գտնվում:
Ալիան սովորական չափաբաժնից 3 անգամ շատ է ուտում, և եթե չեն տալիս ուտելիք, լացում է ու սկսում իրերը շպրտել աջ ու ձախ: Ընտանիքի ֆինանսական վիճակն այնքան էլ լավ չէ, ողջ գումարը ծախսում են երեխայի վրա:
