Ինչպես պատրաստել աղցան մսով ու սնկով ՛՛ամանորյա պսակ՛՛

Աղցանի առաջին շերտը պետք է լինի հորթի միսը: Այն պետք է մանր խորանարդիկների բաժանել: Հետո դնել ափսեի մեջ ու հավասարեցնել, լավ մայոնեզ քսել:արկավոր է մանր կտրատած գազարն ու սոխը լավ տապակել ձեթի մեջ, գեզեցիկ լինելու համար կարելի է գազարը քերել: Թողնել, որ սոխն ու գազարը հովանան: Հետո դնել գազարի ու սոխի շերտը, մայոնեզով պատել: Նախօրոք եփած և սառեցված կարտոֆիլը մաքրել ու մեծ քերիչով քերել: Դնել կարտոֆիլի շերտը ու պատել մայոնեզով: Մարինացված սնկի տարրայի ջուրը թափել, մանր կտրատել սունկը: Սոխը մաքրել, կտրատել մանր ու խառնել սնկին, դնել մնացախ շերտերի վրա ու մայոնեզ քսել: Հիմա հերթը հասավ վերջին շերտին՝ պինդ պանիրին, կարող եք օգտագործել ցանկացած տիպի պինդ պանիր: Պանիրը մանր քերիչով քերել ու դնել աղցանի վրա, մայոնեզով պատել: Որպեսզի սուրբծննդյան պսակի տեսք ստանա անհրաժեշտ է կանաչի: Զարդարել զոլերով, որը կարելի է ստանալ նռան հատիկներից, կենտրոնում դնել մի քիչ պանիր ու մոմ սարքել հալած պանիրից ու գազարի կտորներից:
