Արդյո՞ք մեր քնելու տեղն ու դիրքն ազդում են մեր օրվա ընթացքի վրա:
Մարդու բարձր տրամադրության և քնելատեղի կողմի միջև ուղիղ կապը բացահայտվելէ 1000 բրիտանացիների շրջանում կատարված հարցման արդյունքում: Պարզվել է , որ մարդիկ, որոնք քնում են մահճակալի ձախ կողմում, ավելի երջանիկ են զգում իրենց օրվա ընթացքում, քան նրանք, ովքեր քնում են աջ կողմում: Ձախակողմյան քունը նախընտրողներն ավելի կենսուրախ ու գործունյա են եղել օրվա ընթացում: Հարցվածների մեծ մասը ցանկություն է հայտնել քնել միայնակ:
Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ յուրաքանչյուր 10-րդը ցանկանում է քնել երեխայի կամ կենդանու հետ: Ըստ հետազոտողների՝ կանանց 41 տոկոսը քնում է «պտղի» դիրքով: Այդ դիրքը բացահայտում է նրանց զգայուն և էմոցիոնալ էությունը: Մարդկանց 15 %-ը քնում է «գերանի» դիրքով` ձեռքերը մարմնի ուղղությամբ դրված, դա վկայում է մարդու ռացիոնալ, ազատ և կենսուրախ խառնվածքի մասին: Բարդ, ցինիկ և միաժամանակ ընկերասեր անձինք քնում են «կողքի» դիրքով՝ ձեռքերն առաջ պարզած: Փորի վրա քնել սիրողները մեծ երազողներ են, զգայուն և ուժեղ:
