POLITICSԸստ «Փաստ» թերթին հասած տեղեկությունների, Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունները վերջին ամիսներին հանձնարարություն են ստացել և ծրագիր են իրականացնում Հայաստանի տնտեսական ոլորտ ծածուկ ներխուժման հետ կապված: Խոսքը միջնորդ կազմակերպությունների ներգրավմամբ տնտեսական կախվածություն ձևավորելու մասին է, ինչի միջոցով այնուհետ հնարավորություն կստեղծվի ներազդելու որոշ համակարգաստեղծ ձեռնարկությունների գործունեության արդյունավետության վրա: Թուրքերի թիրախում են հանքարդյունաբերության, էներգետիկայի և սննդամթերքի արտադրության ոլորտները:
Ըստ փորձագետների, նման դեպքերում սովորաբար գործում են միջնորդավորված, երրորդ երկրների՝ զուգահեռ ոլորտներում գործող և զգուշավորություն չներշնչող կազմակերպությունների միջոցով, որոնք կա՛մ հանդես են գալիս գրավիչ պայմաններով` բաժնեմասեր ձեռք բերելու առաջարկներով, կա՛մ էլ կանխավճարային և ներդրումային գործարքներ են նախաձեռնում՝ այդպիսով ֆինանսական ազդեցության գործիքներ ձեռք բերելով թիրախ հանդիսացող տնտեսվարողների հանդեպ:
Մեզ հետ զրույցում տնտեսական անվտանգության ոլորտի մի քանի փորձագետներ չբացառեցին նման զարգացումների հնարավորությունը, «մանավանդ, որ ներկա փուլում Հայաստանում ստեղծված տնտեսական իրողություններում մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դոլար ներդնելով կամ խոստանալով՝ հնարավոր է ներխուժել բավականին խոշոր մասնավոր կառույցների կառավարման գործընթաց»:
Ըստ մեր զրուցակիցներից մեկի, նման ռիսկեր առկա են ցանկացած երկրում. «Երբ տնտեսական ճգնաժամ է, «քյաշի» դեֆիցիտ է, իսկ կառավարությունը անփորձ է, լիարժեք չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին, որևէ հնչեղ անվանումով օտարերկրյա ընկերություն կարող է անխափան գնել որևէ խոշոր տնտեսվարողի բաժնետոմսեր, իսկ ավելի ուշ կարող է պարզվել, որ այդ բաժնետոմսերի իրական շահառուներն են թուրք-ադրբեջանական շրջանակները:
Դա շատ պարզ իրագործվող միջամտության բանաձևերից է, քողարկված տնտեսական ինտերվենցիա է»,- ամփոփեց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ հավելելով, որ ներդրումային ոլորտում այս հանգամանքը պետք է ուշադրության արժանանա պատկան մարմինների կողմից:
