1. Ցավ քունքի հատվածի և գագաթի մասում

Ցավը քունքի հատվածում կարող է նշանակել օրգանիզմում տեղի ունեցող խնդիրների մասին: Քնի պակասը, հորմոնալ ֆոնի փոփոխությունը, ինտոքսիկացիան և ներգանգային ճնշման նվազումը կարող են ցավի պատճառ հանդիսանալ: Ցավը քունքի հատվածում կարող է նաև նշանակել սկսվող մրսածություն կամ գրիպ:
Եթե գլխի այս հատվածում ցավն ուժեղանում է, և դուք զգում եք սրտխառնոց, ապա պետք է անպայման դիմել բժշկի: Պետք չէ նաև անուշադրության մատնել ցավը ծոծրակի մասում, այն կարող է նշանակել սկսվող արյունազեղում:

2. Գլխացավ առավոտները

Եթե դուք հաճախ արթնանում եք գլխացավով, դա այդքան էլ լավ նշան չէ: Այն կարող է նշանակել գիշերային ապնոէ, խնդիրներ ճնշման հետ և նույնիսկ՝ գլխուղեղի ուռուցք: Այսպիսի գլխացավեր ունենալու դեպքում պարտադիր պետք է դիմել բժշկի:

3. Ցավ աչքերի շրջանում և այտոսկրերում

Ցավն աչքի շրջանում ամենսասարսափելի զգացողություններից մեկն է և դիմանալ այդ ցավի բռնկումներին անտանելի է: Խորհուրդ ենք տալիս այդպիսի ցավի առկայության դեպքում դիմել լավ նյարդաբանի: Այսպիսի ցավը կարող է նշանակել անոմալիաներ հիպոտալամուսում, գլխուղեղի արյունատար անոթների հանկարծակի լայնացում և սիրտ-անոթային համակարգի աշխատանքի խափանում:

4. Գլխացավ և գլխապտույտ

Հաճախ գլխացավը կարող է զուգորդվել այլ նշաններով, ինչպիսին, օրինակ, գլխապտույտ, սրտխառնոց, ցավ պարանոցի հատվածում, զարկերակի ուժգին բաբախյուն: Այսպիսի ցավ կարող է առաջանալ օստեոխոնդրոզից, գլխի վնասվածքներից, հորմոնալ խանգարումներից, դեպրեսիայից: Շատ հաճախ դա կլասիկ միգրեն է: Այս դեպքում պետք է հետևել սննդակարգին, քնին և հանգստին: Եթե այս ամենը կարգավորվելուց հետո ցավը շարունակվում է, ապա պետք է դիմել բժշկի:

5. «Ծանր» գլխի և վերևի հատվածի ճնշող զգացողություն
