Առևտրի կրճատվող ծավալները
ECONOMICSԱռևտուրը տնտեսության այն ոլորտն է, որը կարելի է ինդիկատոր համարել: Առևտրի ծավալների անկումը միանշանակ տնտեսական վիճակի վատթարացման նշան է: Այն անմիջականորեն բնութագրում է գործազրկության մակարդակը, բնակչության եկամուտների վիճակը: Իհարկե, կարելի է նաև ենթադրել, որ համավարակի այս օրերին առևտրի ծավալների կրճատումը նաև տնտեսական բացասական սպասումների արդյունք է: Բայց այդ բացասական սպասումներն էլ հենց այնպես չեն ձևավորվում: Դրանք տնտեսական գործընթացների «արդյունք» են:
Առևտրի ցուցանիշների տեսանկյունից տարին վատ չէր սկսվել: Չնայած իշխանությունների «հորդորին», բնակչությունը բավական շռնդալից նշեց ամանորյա տոները: 2020-ի հունվարի առևտուրը 2019-ի հունվարի համեմատ՝ 10 տոկոսով ավելի էր: Փետրվարն արդեն ավելի զուսպ էր՝ աճն ընդամենը 4 տոկոս էր:
Մարտ ամսին արդեն 9.9 տոկոս անկում արձանագրվեց: Սակայն շնորհիվ հունվարյան աճի՝ առաջին եռամսյակը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի հետ համատեղելի էր: Նույնիսկ մի պուճուր՝ 0.6 տոկոսանոց աճ կար:
Հետո առևտրի ծավալները համավարակի ու բնակչության եկամուտների անկման հետ (կամ՝ հետևանքով) կրճատվեցին: Ապրիլյան կրճատումը, երբեմնի մոդայիկ բառապաշարով ասած՝ աննախադեպ էր՝ 40.6 տոկոս: Հետո, իհարկե, շոկը հաղթահարվեց: Բայց մայիսի համեմատությունն էլ էր ազդեցիկ: Կրճատումը 24.7 տոկոս էր:
Հունիսի ցուցանիշը ևս շարունակում է երկնիշ մնալ՝ 12.4 տոկոս: Արդեն հայտարարվել է, որ այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի ընթացքում առևտրի ծավալի կրճատումը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ՝ 11.1 տոկոս է: Ներքին առևտրի (կամ սպառման) ծավալների կրճատումն իր հերթին՝ հանգեցնում է արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառության կրճատման: Բնակչության եկամուտների ու դրա հետևանքով ներքին առևտրում սպառման նվազման մասին է խոսում այն, որ արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառության մեջ ներմուծումների կրճատումն առաջանցիկ է արտահանումների կրճատման համեմատ:
Ընդ որում, կրկնակի տեմպով առաջանցիկ: Այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով արտահանումը կրճատվել է 6.5 տոկոսով: Իսկ ներմուծումների կրճատման թիվը 12.9 տոկոս է: Մեր իրականության մեջ կասկած կա վիճակագրական տվյալների հանդեպ: Սովորականից (կամ համաշխարհային միջինից) ավելի մեծ կասկած: Բայց հարկավոր է հիշել, որ մեր իշխանությունները շատ կոշտ «դրամարկղակտրոնային» քաղաքականություն են վարում (դա տնտեսական կյանքի այն եզակի ձեռնարկներից է, որ իշխանությունների մոտ հաջողում է):
Մյուս կողմից՝ առևտրի ծավալների վիճակագրական հաշվառումը մեթոդաբանական առանձնահատուկ բարդություններ չունի: Մեր առևտրի 80.6 տոկոսը կատարվում է խանութ-մարկետներում:
Գյուղմթերքների շուկաներին, կրպակներին, սպառողական ապրանքների շուկաներին (ուր հաշվառումն ավելի մեծ բարդություն-ջանքեր է պահանջում) բաժին է մնում ընդամենը 19.4 տոկոսը: Սրանք մակրոտնտեսական միակ թվերը չեն, որ փաստում են բնակչության եկամուտների նվազումը: Մեր իշխանությունների երեսը «պարզ անող» ծառայությունների ոլորտն էլ նույն տրամաբանության մեջ է: Այստեղ ևս 6.4 տոկոսանոց անկում կա նախորդ տարվա համեմատ:
