Արմեն Սարգսյանն արժանացել է քննադատությունների․ «Մեդիա պաշտպան»
POLITICS2020 թ-ի օգոստոսի 1-ից 10-ը «Մեդիա պաշտպան» նախաձեռնությունը հետևել է առցանց մամուլում ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի անձին ու գործունեությանն առնչվող հոդվածներին։
Մշտադիտարկվել է ներհայաստանյան 35 առաջատար լրատվական կայք։ Նշված ժամանակահատվածում դիտարկվել է 471 հոդված, որոնցից 14-ը եղել է բացասական, 4-ը՝ դրական, 453-ը՝ չեզոք։
Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն արժանացել է քննադատությունների։
Իրավաբան Ռոբերտ Հայրապետյանն, անդրադառնալով նախագահի ստորագրած հրամանագրերին, գրել է. «Քանի անգամ է ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը կանչվել բացատրության, երբ ակնհայտորեն խախտել է «Ազգային անվտանգության մարմիններում ծառայության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 19-րդ հոդվածը Արգիշտի Քյարամյանին նշանակելով ԱԱԾ տնօրենի տեղակալ։ Ի դեպ նախագահի հրամանագրի արդյունքում էլ պետությանը պատճառված որևէ վնաս չի վերականգնվել»:
Մամուլն, անդրադառնալով ՍԴ դատավորի թեկնածուների շուրջ ծավալվող գործընթացներին, գրել է. «Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը որոշել է մինչեւ վերջին խազը վարկաբեկել Հայաստանի հանրապետության նախագահի աթոռին բազմած մարդուն՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանին։ Իմ Քայլը այսօր խմբակցության նիստ է հրավիրել, քննարկել են Սահմանադրական դատարանի թեկնածուների ընտրության հարցը։ Շատերը դեմ են եղել նախագահի թեկնածուին»։
Աժ պատգամավոր Նիկոլայ Բաղդասարյանն, անդրադառնալով ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի կողմից առաջադրած Արթուր Վաղարշյանի թեկնածությանն, ասել է, «Մենք ընտրում ենք իքս թեկնածուին, եւ եթե նա համապատասխանում է որոշակի ստանադարտներին, դրական արձագանք է ստանում, եթե չի համապատասխանում, ապա ես իմ որոշումը ինչպես կարող եմ փոխել։
Մի քիչ անհասականալի է նախագահի մոտեցումը, որ նույն թեկնածուին է առաջադրում՝ հասկանալով, որ ընտրողը նույնն է եւ այդ ընտրողն արդեն իր որոշումը կայացրել է եւ իր որոշման փոփոխության գործակիցներ նախագահը չի ներկայացնում»։
ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ՕԴՔԳՏԿ նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամներ Ռոբերտ Հակոբյանը, Աստղիկ Շահխությանը, Արփինե Հարությունյանը հուլիսի 22-ին ՀՀ Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի Օրգանական և դեղագործական քիմիայի գիտատեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնի օտարված հողամասում նախատեսվող շինարարական աշխատանքների կասեցման վերաբերյալ նամակ էին ուղղել ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին, խիստ հիասթափվել են ստացած՝ «Այս հարցը նախագահի իրավասություններից դուրս է» պատասխանից:
Երիտասարդ գիտնականները նշում են՝ գոյություն ունի հրատապ խնդիր, և այն պետք է լուծել, իսկ ՀՀ նախագահի պատասխանը հարիր չէ գիտնականի պատասխանին, որը մոտենում է խնդրին տարբեր կողմերից և ոչ ստանդարտ լուծումներ փնտրում։
