1. Հանգստացեք, կյանքի ամեն պարագայում անհրաժեշտ է ժամանակին կարողանալ հանգստանալ:
2. Առանձնացեք մի հարմար տեղում, նստեք կամ կանգնեք: Կարևորը՝ որ այն հարմարավետ լինի ձեզ:
3. Մի քանի անգամ խորը շնչեք և արտաշնչեք, բայց ոչ հինգ անգամից ավել:
4. Այնպիսի ներշնչում արեք, որ թոքերն ամբողջովին լցվեն օդով, ապա արտաշնչեք մինչև վերջ և շնչառությունը պահեք 30 վայրկյան:
5. Անպայման պահեք այդ 30 վայրկյանը. դա կօգնի ձեզ մոռանալ սթրեսի պատճառը:
Գիտնականները վաղուց ապացուցել են, որ այդ մեթոդը ամենաարագն է ազդում սթրեսից ազատվելու համար: Դա տեղի է ունենում այն պատճառով, որ սթրեսի ժամանակ մարդու արյան մեջ կուտակվում են վնասակար նյութեր, որոնք չեզոքանում են արյունը թթվածնով հագեցնելու դեպքում:
