ՊՆ պարզաբանումը՝ համացանցում ակտիվորեն շրջանառվող տեսանյութի մասին
POLITICSՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնում է.
Սոցիալական ցանցերում և տարբեր լրատվամիջոցներով ակտիվորեն շրջանառվում է մի տեսանյութ, որտեղ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, խոսելով իսրայելական անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի մասին, վիճարկում է դրանց արդյունավետությունը, իսկ նրա խոսքին զուգահեռ ցուցադրվում են կադրեր, թե ինչպես են հակառակորդի ԱԹՍ-ների կողմից հարվածներ հասցվում հայկական զինուժի մարտական տեխնիկային և անձնակազմին։
Նշված տեսանյութն ակնհայտ տեղեկատվական մանիպուլյացիա է, քանի որ 2016 թվականին կատարված նկարահանման մեջ, այդ ժամանակ ՀՀ ՊՆ 1-ին տեղակալ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը խոսել է 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան մարտական գործողություններիընթացքում հայկական ուժերի դեմ կիրառված իսրայելական, հիմնականում Harop տեսակի «կամիկաձե» ԱԹՍ-ների մասին, մինչդեռ նրա խոսքերի տակ ցուցադրվում են 2020 թվականին կիրառված բոլորովին այլ, թուրքական արտադրության Bayraktar TB2 տեսակի հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ներ։ Այսինքն՝ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, 2016 թվականին խոսել է սպառազինության մեկ տեսակի մասին, իսկ շրջանառվող տեսանյութում նրա խոսքերը վերագրվում են 4 տարի անց կիրառված սպառազինության բոլորովին այլ տեսակի, որն, ի դեպ, Ադրբեջանի սպառազինության մեջ է հայտնվել Արցախի դեմ պատերազմից անմիջապես առաջ՝ ընդհուպ մինչև 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր ամիսը։
2016 թվականին կիրառված Harop և 2020 թվականին կիրառված Bayraktar TB2 տիպի անօդաչուների միջև տեխնոլոգիական և կիրառական ահռելի տարբերություն կա, և բացարձակ անընդունելի է սպառազինության մեկ տեսակին տրված մեկնաբանությունները վերագրել բոլորովին ուրիշ տեսակի։ Իսրայելական Harop տեսակի ԱԹՍ-ները, որոնք կիրառվել են 2016-ին, հեշտ հայտնաբերելի են, մասնավորապես նաև շնորհիվ շարժիչի աշխատանքի բարձր աղմուկի, որը լսելի է մեծ տարածության վրա,ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս անձնակազմին պատսպարվել մինչև հարվածը, մյուս կողմից նաև թիրախավորել դրանք։
Մինչդեռ Bayraktar-ները գործում են անհամեմատ մեծ բարձրության վրա և դրանց հայտնաբերելը շատ ավելի բարդ է։ Իսրայելական Harop-ները, ինչպես 2016-ի, այնպես էլ 2020 թվականի մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում, համեմատաբար հեշտ հայտնաբերվում և խոցվում էին հայկական ՀՕՊ ստորաբաժանումների միջոցով։ Մասնավորապես, 2020 թվականի մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքում հայկական ՀՕՊ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից խոցվել է շուրջ 200 իսրայելական Harop տեսակի ԱԹՍ։ Մինչդեռ թուրքական արտադրության Bayraktar-ները հայտնաբերելն ու ոչնչացնելը անհամեմատ բարդ է՝ շնորհիվ դրանց բոլորովին այլ տեխնոլոգիական բնութագրերի։ Բայց նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում հայկական ուժերին հաջողվել է պատկառելի քանակությամբ Bayraktar TB2 տեսակի ԱԹՍ ոչնչացնել, ինչի արդյունքում հակառակորդը, որոշ դեպքերում, ստիպված էր ընդհանրապես դադարեցնել դրանց թռիչքները։
ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը կտրականապես անընդունելի է համարում նման մանիպուլյացիաները՝ դրանք վերագրելով վերջին շրջանում նկատվող, հետևողական և ուղղորդված կերպով բանակի հեղինակությանը հարված հասցնելու խիստ վտանգավոր ծրագրերին, և կոչ անում հասարակությանն ու ԶԼՄ-ներին ձեռնպահ մնալ նման էժանագին հնարքներին տրվելուց և դրանք տարածելուց։
