Այս պահին Արցախի Հադրութի, Մարդակերտի, Ասկերանի, Մարտունու, Շուշիի, Քաշաթաղի եւ Շահումյանի շրջանների մոտ 100 բնակավայրերից, գյուղերից քաղաքներից, տասնյակ հազարավոր արցախցիներ մնացել են անօթեւան։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը։
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
«Դավաճանության մեխանիկան
Այս պահին Արցախի Հադրութի, Մարդակերտի, Ասկերանի, Մարտունու, Շուշիի, Քաշաթաղի եւ Շահումյանի շրջանների մոտ 100 բնակավայրերից, գյուղերից քաղաքներից, տասնյակ հազարավոր արցախցիներ մնացել են անօթեւան։ Նրանք չեն հետաքրքրում ո՛չ Հայաստանի եւ ո՛չ էլ Արցախի իշխանություններին։
Հազարավոր արցախցիներ դարձան փախստական ոչ միայն պատերազմի ընթացքում թշնամուն հանձնած բնակավայրերից, այլ նաեւ այն շրջաններից ու բնակավայրերից, որոնք դեռ այսօր առավոտյան գտնվում էին Արցախի Հանրապետության իրավասության ներքո։ Պատկերացնո՞ւմ եք, մարդը, ով վստահ է,որ իր տունը չեն հանձնում, առավոտյան գյուղապետերը մարդկանց տարհանելու հրաման են տալիս։
Էս ի՞նչ եք անում անմեղսունակ հրեշներ, գոնե հասկանում ե՞ք ինչ եք անում։ էս ի՞նչ եք ստորագրել։ Մարդը տանը քնած՝ իրեն ասում են քարտեզով ձեզ էլ պիտի հանձնենք, կներեք։ Իհարկե, «կներեքը» պարտադիր ասել են։
Արձանագրենք, որ մեր հայրենակիցները տեղահանվում են մեր խիստ հայրենի իշխանության կողմից եւ նրանց ոչինչ չի առաջարկվում իրենց տների, գույքի, հողամասերի դիմաց։
Լավ, ո՞նց էր հնարավոր ստանալ էսպիսի դավադիր մի փաստաթուղթ, որով Արցախի բնակչության մեծ մասը մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում վերածվում է փախստականի, կորցնելով ամեն ինչ, ու մնալով անտուն։ Նրանց այսօր առաջարկում են թողնել իրենց տները, հեռանալ ով ինչպես կարող է, ու ով որտեղ կարող է։
Ախր սա դավաճանություն էլ չի է։
Ձեր արածը Նիկոլ ու նիկոլականներ՝ պղծություն ա։ Ու եթե հիմա ինչ -որ մի հրաշքով պլստաք, աշխարհի որ գմբեթին էլ լինեք, ձեզ գտնելու է հադրութցի էն փոքրիկը, որի տունն ու աստղիկներով պատած ննջասենյակը դուք ստիպեցիք լքել»։
