Լեղապարկը լիմոնի հյութով մաքրելը բավական բարդ, սակայն արդյունավետ միջոց է։ Մեկ շաբաթ պետք է օրական մի քանի բաժակ սառը ջուր խմել՝ մեջը լիմոնի փոքր քանակությամբ հյութ ճզմած՝ մի քանի կաթիլ։ Դրանց արանքում անհրաժեշտ է թարմ քամած բազուկի, գազարի կամ վարունգի հյութեր խմել։ Լիմոնի հյութը օրգանիզմից դուրս է բերում լեղապարկում կուտակվող քարերը։ Սակայն եթե այն խմելու ընթացքում փորացավեր ունենաք, դադարեցրեք կուրսն ու խորհրդակցեք բժշկի հետ՝ շարունակել, թե ոչ։

Այս հրաշք ըմպելիքը եւս հրաշալի մաքրում է լեղապարկը։ Մաքրեք մի քանի բազուկ, եփեք այնքան, մինչեւ խյուս դառնա՝ 7-8 ժամ։ Ապա թողեք՝ սառչի, եւ օրվա մեկ երկու-երեք անգամ, ուտելուց կես ժա առաջ, մի քանի գդալ կերեք այն։ Կուրսը 10 օր է։
