ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները պատրաստ են ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման տարբերակներ գտնել՝ հաշվի առնելով կողմերի կամքը: Ինչպես փոխանցում է ТАСС գործակալությունը, այս մասին շաբաթ հայտարարել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպմանը:
«Միջնորդները կփորձեն կարգավորման տարբերակ գտնել՝ կողմերի կամքի համաձայն: Մենք հասկանում ենք իրադարձությունների զարգացման նոր օրակարգը: Ամբողջովին նոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել տարածաշրջանում կայունության և բարօրության համար: Ինչ վերաբերում է մյուս բոլոր հարցերով Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքին, դա ամբողջությամբ կախված կլինի ձեզանից: Դրա համար լավ հիմք կա: Մենք անցումային փուլում ենք գտնվում, և կարող են ծրագրեր մշակվել ապագայի համար», -ասել է դիվանագետը:
Վիսկոնտին ընդգծել է, որ Ֆրանսիայի կառավարությունը ողջունել է Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի հաստատումը, որը վերջ է դրել մարտերին: «Մենք շատ դրական ենք վերաբերվում նոյեմբերի 9-ի գիշեր լույսի 10-ին ձեռք բերված համաձայնության բոլոր դրույթներին»,- ընդգծել է ֆրանսիացի համանախագահը:
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը շաբաթ ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի և ֆրանսիացի համանախագահներին: Հանդիպման ժամանակ Ալիևը հայտարարել է, որ Մինսկի խումբը որևէ դերակատարություն չի ունեցել ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում, և որ իրենք Բաքու են այցելել իրենց նախաձեռնությամբ՝ առանց հրավերի:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոյեմբերի 10-ին ստորագրել է եռակողմ հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը, բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
Ըստ այդ հայտարարության՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում շփման գծի երկայնքով և Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով տեղակայվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբ, այդ թվում՝ հրաձգային զենքով զինված 1960 զինծառայող, 90 զրահամեքենա, 380 միավոր ավտոմոբիլային և հատուկ տեխնիկա:
