Ամբողջ աշխարհի տեսողական խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ 1999 թվականին ԱՀԿ-ի նախաձեռնած «VISION 2020» համաշխարհային ծրագիրն իր նպատակին չի հասել: Այն պետք է 25%-ով նվազեցներ տեսողական խանգարումների դեպքերի թիվը: Այս մասին հաղորդել է Մոսկվայի ֆիզիկատեխնիկական ինստիտուտի մամլո ծառայությունը՝ հղում անելով «Lancet Global Health» գիտական թերթի կայքի հոդվածին: Նյութը վերցրել ենք «ТАСС»-ից:
«VISION 2020» ծրագրի շրջանակներում ԱՀԿ անդամ երկրները ցանկանում էին վերացնել կուրության զարգացմանը հանգեցնող աչքի հիվանդությունների տարածված տեսակները: 2013 թվականին նրանք գործողությունների ծրագիր են մշակել, որոնց համաձայն՝ «VISION 2020»-ի բոլոր մասնակիցները մինչև 2019 թվականի վերջը՝ 2010 թվականի համեմատությամբ, պետք է 25%-ով նվազեցնեին նման հիվանդությունների զարգացման հաճախականությունը:
Մանրամասն ուսումնասիրելով և համեմատելով 1980 և 2018 թվականների միջև ընկած ժամանակաշրջանում անցկացված GBD և տարբեր ակնաբուժական հետազոտությունների տվյալները՝ հետազոտության հեղինակները պարզել են, որ չնայած աչքի բազմաթիվ վտանգավոր հիվանդությունների բուժման առաջընթացին՝ նպատակը դեռևս չի իրագործվել:
Վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ վերջին տասնամյակի ընթացքում մեծահասակների տեսողության կանխարգելվող խանգարումների և կուրության դեպքերի թիվը չի փոխվել: Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես կուրության, այնպես էլ տեսողության միջին և ծանր խանգարումների դեպքերի բացարձակ թիվն աճել է 10,8%-ով և 31,5%-ով: Մյուս կողմից, եթե հաշվի առնենք տարիքի ազդեցությունը աչքի հիվանդությունների զարգացման հավանականության վրա, ապա կանխարգելվող կուրության մասնաբաժինը տեսողական ֆունկցիայի խանգարումների բոլոր դեպքերի շարքում չի աճել. այն 15,4%-ով նվազել է:
2020 թվականին կուրության ամենատարածված պատճառը կատարակտն է (15,2 մլն դեպք), զգալիորեն պակասել են գլաուկոման (3,6 մլն դեպք), չուղղված հեռատեսությունն ու կարճատեսությունը (2,3 մլն դեպք):
Այդ հիվանդությունների բուժման ամենամեծ առաջընթացը գրանցել են Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրները, ինչպես նաև Մերձավոր Արևելքի, Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի և Հարավային Ասիայի որոշ շրջաններ:
