Կան մարդիկ, ովքեր սովորություն ունեն բարձրաձայն խոսել իրենք իրենց հետ։ Նրանք այդպես են անում, երբ տանը միայնակ են, աշխատավայրում են, անգամ՝ փողոցում են։ Շատերը, կողքից ուրիշի ինքն իր հետ խոսելը լսելիս, ենթադրում են, որ դիմացինը հոգեկան խանգարում ունի,-գրում է Past.am-ը։
 
 
Կարծիք էլ կա, որ մարդիկ բարձրաձայն իրենք իրենց հետ խոսում են՝ գլխում հնչող տարօրինակ ձայները խլեցնելու համար։ Մինչդեռ իրենք իրենց հետ զրույցելու սովորություն ունեցող մարդիկ էլ պնդում են, որ այդպես ավելի հեշտ են կենտրոնանում իրենց գործերի վրա։
 
Ալբերտ Էնշտեյնը խոսում էր ինքն իր հետ։ Նա փոքրուց շփվող չէր, միայնությունն էր նախընտրում, սակայն ժամերով կարող էր խոսել ինքն իր հետ ու դա տարօրինակ չէր համարում։ Գիտնականները, իրականում, պնդում են, որ ինքն իր հետ խոսում է ոչ թե հոգեկան շեղում ունեցող մարդը, այլ մեծ տաղանդի տեր մարդը։ Այսպիսով, գիտնականները հետեւյալ եզրահանգմանն են եկել։
 
1. Երբ մենք խոսում ենք ինքներս մեզ հետ, մեր ուղեղն ավելի արդյունավետ է աշխատում։ Անգամ խանութում երբ բարձրաձայն արտասանում ենք այն մթերքները, որոնք մեզ պետք են, ավելի արագ ու արդյունավետ ենք դրանք գտնում եւ գնում։
 
2. Երբ գիտեք, թե կոնկրետ ինչ է ձեզ պետք, բարձրաձայն ասելն իսկապես օգնում է։ Երբ բարձրաձայն կոնկրետ իրի անուն ենք տալիս, կոնկրետ ուրվագծվում է մեր ուղեղում, թե խոսքն ինչի մասին է, ինչ տեսք ունի, համ, հետ եւ այլն։ Այսպիսով հեշտ գտնում ենք այն, ինչ մեզ պետք է։
 
3. Բարձրաձայն խորհելն օգնում է սովորել։ Ամեն ինչ գալիս է պրակտիկայի հետ միասին։ Երեխաները լսում են, թե ինչպես են մեծերը խոսում եւ կրկնում են, ճանաչում աշխարհը։ Մենք պետք է լսենք մեր ձայնը, որպեսզի սովորենք։
 
4.Երբ մենք խոսում ենք ինքներս մեզ հետ, սկսում ենք կառուցել մեր միտքը։ Ինքներս մեզ հետ խոսելով՝ մենք դառնում ենք մեր իսկ օգնական-բժիշկը։ Մեր ձայնն արտահայտում է մեր ներքին ցանկությունը, սկսում ենք կառուցել մեր միտքը եւ իբրեւ արդյունք՝ բարձրաձայն ասում ենք մեր խնդրի մասին, ու դրա լուծումը հեշտանում է։
 
5. Բարձրաձայն խորհելով՝ հեշտացնում ենք մեր նպատակներին հասնելը։ Ձեր նպատակների ցուցակը կազմեք եւ սկսեք բարձրաձայն մտածել՝ հնարավոր է դրանց հասնել, թե ոչ։ այդպիսով կզգաք, որ ձեր նպատակներն այդքան էլ անիրականալի չեն ու կհասկանաք, թե ինչ պետք է անեք՝ դրանց հասնելու համար։
