«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Թեեւ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասին խոսակցությունները պտտվում են, սակայն դեռ առարկայական չեն, կոնկրետ չկա մատնանշված ժամկետ, այնուամենայնիվ իշխանությունների ներսում՝ կուլիսային մակարդակներում լայնորեն քննարկվում է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների հարցը:
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն, իշխանությունները լրջորեն պատրաստվում են արտահերթ ընտրությունների: ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արդեն հանդիպում է ունեցել Արամ Սարգսյանի, Գուրգեն Արսենյանի եւ մեկ-երկու այլ քաղաքական ուժերի ղեկավարների հետ ու արդեն Սարգսյանին ու Արսենյանին առաջարկել է միասին մեկ դաշինքով գնալ ընտրությունների: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Փաշինյանը նպատակ ունի այդ դաշինքում ներառել նաեւ «Հանուն Հանրապետության» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Արման Բաբաջանյանին, փորձ է արվում այդ դաշինքում ներառել նաեւ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցությանը, որպեսզի Փաշինյանի շուրջ լայն կոնսոլիդացիա ապահովվի, ու միասին գնան ընտրությունների:
Սակայն այսօրվա դրությամբ միայն հայտնի է որ Արամ Սարգսյանն ու Գուրգեն Արսենյանն են համաձայնել Փաշինյանի հետ դաշինք կազմել: Մյուսների մասով դեռ քննարկումներ են ընթանում: Իսկ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությամբ արդեն սկսել է հանդիպում-քննարկումներ ունենալ իր կուսակիցների հետ՝ նաեւ մարզերում: Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, ՀՀ վարչապետն անձամբ չի մասնակցում այդ պրոցեսներին, ապագա ընտրությունների կազմակերպումը հանձնարարված է ՔՊ-ականներ Սուրեն Պապիկյանին, Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին, Արայիկ Հարությունյանին, որին առաջիկայում կմիանա նԷդուարդ Աղաջանյանը՝ Դիջեյ Էդոն, Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը:
Առայժմ այս անձինք հանդիպում են իրենց կուսակիցների հետ, ճշտում են տրամադրությունները, պահանջ կա նաեւ մեծացնել կուսակցականների թիվը, ու այժմ իշխանությունները ամենատարբեր խոստումներն են տալիս մարդկանց. մի հատվածին մանր-միջին մակարդակի աշխատանքի են տեղավորում, կամ նման խոստումներ տալիս, միայն թե մազերում համախմբվեն իրենց շուրջ:
Ստացվում է՝ եւ իշխանությունը եւ ընդդիմությունը նախընտրական քարոզչությունն արդեն սկսել են, քանի որ 17 կուսակցություններն էլ իրենց հերթին են քայլեր անում այդ ուղղությամբ՝ շրջելով մարզերում: Իսկ Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանը զորավարժությունների են պատրաստվում՝ արդեն Հայաստանի սահմանին:
