Ձևավորումից ի վեր Հայկական բանակի օրը թերևս երբեք նման կարևորություն չի ունեցել։ Եվ հենց այս բարդ շրջանում մենք այս օրը պետք է առանձնահատուկ նշենք։ Իրավիճակից ելնելով՝ ավելի զուսպ, առանց ավելորդ պաթոսի, բայց վստահ և պատվով։
2021 թվականի հունվարի 28-ը պետք է շրջադարձային դառնա, առաջին հերթին՝ հետևությունների առումով։
Մեր բանակի հրամանատարներին, զինվորներին, սպաներին մենք պետք է այսօր շնորհավորենք և ցույց տանք, որ գնահատում ենք նրանց արածը՝ աննկարագրելի հերոսությունները, անձնուրացությունը։ Այս պատերազմը լի էր նման դրվագներով, և դրանց մասին մենք պետք է միշտ հիշենք և խոսենք։
Պարտության պատճառը բանակը չէր, պարտության պատճառը ողջ ծանրաբեռնվածությունը բանակի վրա թողնելն էր։ Քաղաքական, արտաքին քաղաքական, ներհասարակական, դիվանագիտական, տնտեսական բոլոր ձախողումների բեռը թողնվեց բանակի վրա, իսկ բանակն արեց առավելագույնը՝ մինչև վերջին վայրկյանը պաշտպանելով մեր հայրենիքը և խաղաղ բնակչությանը։ Կրկնում եմ՝ բոլոր այն մարտերում, որտեղ թշնամին չի կարողացել կիրառել իր տեխնոլոգիական առավելությունը, մեր զինված ուժերը հաղթել են։ Սա շատ լավ գիտի մեր թշնամին։
Այսօր զոհված տղերքի շիրիմներին, վիրավորներին այցելելիս պետք է իշխի գիտակցումը, որ մենք այցելում ենք հերոսների, որոնք իրենց վրա վերցրին ուրիշների սխալների հարվածը։
Մենք անպայման պետք է ունենանք բարձր տեխնոլոգիական բանակ, գրագետ, կրթված սպայակազմ, լուրջ ժամանակակից ստորաբաժանումներ։ Նման բանակը դաշնակիցների հետ համագործակցությամբ կարող է ապահովել Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգությունն ու խաղաղությունը։
Մենք բարձր ենք պահելու մեր նահատակների հիշատակը: Մենք պարտք ունենք նրանց հանդեպ։ Նրանք մի վայրկյան անգամ չվարանեցին, չվախեցան, չկասկածեցին իրենց անձնազոհ որոշմանը։ Նույնը պետք է անենք մենք՝ հանուն այդ տղաների հիշատակի` մեկ վայրկյան անգամ չկասկածենք, որ մենք կարող ենք և ունենալու ենք ուժեղ, զարգացած, արդար և համերաշխ Հայաստան ու Արցախ։
Իսկ այսօր շնորհավորենք մեր բանակին, կամավորներին, պահեստազորին. նրանք մեր հերոսներն են:
