Դեմքի մաքրում դիմակների միջոցով

Մաշկը մշտական խնամք է պահանջում: Քաղաքում ապրելը, որտեղ շատ մեքենաներ կան, փոշի եւ այլ անբարենպաստ գործոններ, նպաստում է դեմքին սեւ եւ սպիտակ կետերի հայտնվելուն, որոնք վերացնել կօգնի դեմքի մաքրումը: Սակայն մեզ համար ոչ միշտ են մատչելի գեղեցկության սրահները: Իսկ տանը կարող ենք հետեւյալն անել:
Դեմքի մաքրում դիմակների միջոցով
Ծակոտիները մաքրելու համար կարելի է սոդա-աղային սկրաբ-դիմակ օգտագործել: Խորհուրդ է տրվում դա օգտագործել շաբաթը 1-2 անգամ: Դեմքին օճառի փրփուր քսեք, ավելի լավ է մանկական օճառ օգտագործել: Հետո վերցրեք մանր աղի եւ սոդայի հավասար քանակություն եւ խառնուրդը քսեք դեմքին: Դեմքը 2-3 րոպե մերսեք, հիմնականում այն հատվածում, որտեղ սեւ կետեր են կուտակված: Դիմակը թողեք եւս 5-10 րոպե: Միգուցե թեթեւակի ծակծկոց զգալ, դա առաջանում է մաշկի վրա սոդայի ազդեցությունից: Հետո անհրաժեշտ է դեմքը տաք ջրով լվալ ու տրորել տոնիկով: Այս դիմակի կանոնավոր օգտագործման դեպքում մաշկն ավելի հարթ ու մաքուր է դառնում:
Սեւ կետերը վերացնելուն օգնում է սեւ կավից դիմակը: Դրա համար սեւ կավն անհրաժեշտ է բացել տաք ջրով եւ քսել դեմքին: Երբ կավը չորանա, մաշկը խնամքով մերսեք ջրի մեջ թաթախված մատներով: Կավը կթափվի ու կմաքրվի դեմքից: Դեմքը մերսեք 2-3 րոպե, հետո տաք ջրով հեռացրեք կավի մնացորդները: Նման դիմակից հետո խորհուրդ է տրվում դեմքի թեթեւ պիլինգ անել սուրճի հատիկներից սկրաբի միջոցով:
Դեմքի մաքրմանը շատ համապատասխանում է նաեւ սովորական կավից դիմակը: Կավը տաք ջրով բացել, քսել դեմքին եւ թողնել 10-15 րոպե, հետո ջրով լվանալ: Դիմակի պատրաստման համար կարելի է ջրի փոխարեն երիցուկի թուրմ օգտագործել:
