Ալիևը զարմացել է, որ Փաշինյանը հանձնել է այն, ինչ հանձնել է․ ռուս քաղաքական վերլուծաբան
POLITICS«Ղարաբաղը կարող է լինել ենթամանդատային կառավարման տարածք, պայմանական ասած՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության ճանաչման կոնտեքստում»,- այս մասին 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է ռուս քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ստանիսլավ Տարասովը՝ անդրադառնալով վերջին օրերին ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հարցազրույցի շուրջ քննարկումներին:
Նա նշել է, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից՝ Փաշինյանը ստացել էր իշխանությունը, նրա որակմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանի տարածքների 20 տոկոսի նկատմամբ վերահսկողությամբ, կար ստատուս-քվո, և ինչպե՞ս նա վարվեց դրա հետ:
Տարասովն այն կարծիքին է, որ Փաշինյանը եկավ հեղափոխական կարգախոսներով, և կային անձինք, ովքեր ակնկալում էին, որ նա կփոխի բանակցությունների ոճաբանությունը, հրապարակայնություն կհաղորդի բանակցություններին, կստանձնի նախաձեռնություն, կսկսի անկեղծ խոսել հայերի հետ:
Ըստ նրա՝ հասկանալի էր, որ վաղ թե ուշ այդ տարածքների հետ ինչ-որ բան պետք էր անել:
«Պետք էր բաց խոսել, աշխատել, սակայն դրա փոխարեն՝ նա սկսեց իր նախորդներին մեղադրել, իսկ չէ՞ որ նախորդներն էլ բանակցում էին որոշ տարածքներ կարգավիճակի դիմաց վերադարձնելու շուրջ:
Անկեղծ ասած, կային ակնկալիքներ, որ իր հեղափոխանականությամբ նա իրավիճակից առաջ կանցնի, նախաձեռնությունը կվերցնի իր ձեռքը և կառաջարկի նոր մեթոդներ, ավելին՝ գաղտնիությունից կհրաժարվի, բայց նման բան տեղի չունեցավ:
Ոչ ոք չի կարողանում պատասխանել հարցին, թե ի՞նչ էր Մնացականյանը 12 ժամ խոսում Մամեդյարովի հետ, ի՞նչ հեքիաթներ էին նրանք միմյանց պատմում, և ո՞վ որևէ բան գիտի այդ մասին:
