Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի փոխխոսնակ Նիկոլայ Լևիչևը,ով Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտման քրեականացման օրինագիծի համահեղինակներից է, հարցազրույց է տվել ադրբեջանական ալիևամետ կայքերից մեկին և ուշագրավ մի քանի հայտարարություն արել...Ազերի լրագրողի այն դիտարկմանը,թե Լևիչևի հարազատ "Արդար Ռուսաստան" կուսակցությունը այս նախագիծը ներկայացրել է Թուրքիային "պատժելոււ համար",ՌԴ Պետդումայի փոխխոսնակը հիշեցրել է օդիոզ ազերի լրագրողներին Հռոմի Պապի,Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի խոսքերը,ինչպես նաև Եվրախորհրդարանի հայտարարությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը վերաբերող...Լևիչևը նաև հիշեցրել է,որ հենց այս օրերին Ֆրանսիայի օրենսդիր մարմին է ներկայացվել նոր օրենք՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը ժխտելու քրեականացման մասին...Սակայն ամենազավեշտալին դեռ առջևում էր,երբ լրագրող կոչվածը Լևիչևից հետաքրքրվում էր,թե ի՞նչպես պետք է այս օրենքին վերաբերվեն ՌԴ-ի թյուրքական ծագում ունեցող քաղաքացիները,ինչպես նաև ազերիները...Լևիչևի պատասխանը ոչ միայն սպառիչ էր,այլև վիրավորական,եթե իհարկե ազերի լրագրողն ունենար ինքնասիրություն..."Ես առաջին անգամ եմ լսում,որ Բաշկիրիան կամ Թաթարստանը չեն ճանաչում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը...ՌԴ Պետդուման դեռ 1995 թ-ին է ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը...",-ասել է Լևիչևը հասկացնելով,որ ՌԴ մաս կազմող հանրապետությունները չէ,որ պետք է ճանաչեն կամ չճանաչեն Հայող ցեղասպանությունը...Դա ժամանակին արել է ՌԴ Պետդուման..."Ինչ վերաբերում է ՌԴ քաղաքացի ազերիներին,ապա նրանք ՊԱՐՏԱՎՈՐ են ապրել ՌԴ-ում ընդունված օրենքներով..Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի քաղաքցիներին,ովքեր ժամանակավորապես բնակվում են ՌԴ տարածքում,ապա նրանք ևս պարտավոր են հագել մեր օրենքները...Նրանք ևս պետք է ճանաչեն Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը...",-շարունակել է իր խրատական ելույթը Նիկոլայ Լևիչևը...
Հ.Գ.Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժխտման քրեականացման օրինագիծը ՌԴ Պետդումա ներկայացնելուց հետո բավական նյարդայնացրել են Բաքվում...Ազերիների իրար խառնվելը ցույց է տալիս,որ Ռուսաստանում Հայոց ցեղասպանության դեմ "պայքարը" հիմնականում ղեկավարում են Բաքվի կողմից Մոսկվա և ՌԴ այլ քաղաքներ գործուղված էմիսարները,ինչպես նաև ՌԴ այն քաղաքական գործիչները և "մտավորականները",որոնք պատառ են ստանում Բաքվից...Այս օրենքի ընդունումը շեշտակի հարված կլինի և՛Բաքվի,և՛ այդ ծախու մասսայի համար,որոնք այսքան տարի հերթ էին կանգնում Մոսկվայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան դիմաց՝"աշխատավարձ" ստանալու համար...Այս ոլորտում բավական ակտիվ է նաև Ի.Ալիևի դուստրը՝Լեյլա Ալիևան,ով հակահայկական միջոցառումների գլխավոր կազմակերպիչն ու հովանավորն է ՌԴ-ում...
Մեկը չկա հարցնի ազերիներին."Այ կոյունլուներ,ինչու՞ եք այսքան ջղաձգվում "Հայոց Ցեղասպանություն" արտահայտություն լսելիս...Ո՛չ ղազախները,ո՛չ թաթարները,ո՛չ թուրքմենները,ո՛չ էլ որևէ այլ թյուրքական ծագում ունեցող ժողովուրդ այսքան չի նեղվում դրանից,որքան շինծու ադրբեջանցի ազգը..." Երևի պատասխանը հենց նրանում է,որ այս ազգը շինծու է,սրանք նույն թուրքերն են...Դրա համար էլ թուրքերից ավելի շատ են նեղվում "Հայոց ցեղասպանություն" արտահայտությունը լսելիս...
