ԱԱԾ-ի հերթական բացահայտումը. տեսանյութ
VIDEOՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության Արարատի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Յու. Մ-ն, ազգակցական կապերի բերումով տեղեկացված լինելով, որ Արարատի մարզի Վանաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ Ռ. Հ-ի թոռը զոհվել է արցախյան պատերազմի ընթացքում, խարդախությամբ խոշոր չափերով գումար հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ, ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի միջոցով նամակագրական կապ է հաստատել Կանադայում բնակվող Ռ. Հ-ի մտերիմ Ա. Գ-ի հետ և, նրան ներկայանալով մահացած զինծառայողի հարազատների անունից, զոհվածի գերեզմանատան բարեկարգման և շիրմաքարի տեղադրման ծախսերը հոգալու պատրվակով խնդրել է գումար ուղարկել իրեն՝ այդ կերպ խեղաթյուրելով իրական փաստերը և մոլորության մեջ գցելով գույքի իրական սեփականատերերին, ինչի արդյունքում դրամական փոխանցումների համակարգով նրանցից ստացել է խոշոր չափերի՝ 1.399.329 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 2700 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար և խաբեության եղանակով հափշտակել այն:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցված քրեական գործով Յու. Մ-ն ձերբակալվել է և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեադատավարական թույլատրելի գործիքակազմի կիրառմամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները և տուժողների ամբողջական շրջանակը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Մ-ի նույնաբնույթ այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում, դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին և զգուշացնում, որ հետևողականորեն շարունակելու է ձեռնարկել ակտիվ միջոցառումներ՝ նմանատիպ դեպքերը բացահայտելու և դրանք չեզոքացնելու ողղությամբ:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
