Բրնձով դիետա № 3
1-ին օր
Նախաճաշ. խնձոր, բրինձ (60 գրամ)՝ կիտրոնի կեղևով, մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութ, կանաչ թեյ կամ բուսական թուրմ:
Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, բանջարեղենի աղցան (150 գրամ), բրինձ կանաչիով և մրգային քացախով (1 թեյի գդալ) և 1 թեյի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղ:
Ընթրիք. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, գոլորշու վրա պատրաստված գազարով և դդմիկով բրինձ:
2-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ. նարինջ, նարնջի կեղևով բրինձ և 1 թեյի գդալ թթվասեր:
Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ՝ եփած բանջարեղենով և բրնձով:
Ընթրիք. ճաշի նման:
3-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ. տանձ, բրինձ՝ վրան դարչին լցրած:

Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, քացախով և ձիթապտղի յուղով վարունգ, բրինձ,  ձիթապտղի յուղով տապակած 150 գրամ սունկ:

Ընթրիք. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, բրինձ՝ գոլորշու վրա պատրաստված բրոկոլիով:

4-րդ օր

Նախաճաշ. մրգային աղցան՝ 1-2 գդալ բրնձի փաթիլներով, բրինձ կաթով կամ սերուցքով:
Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, հազարի տերևներ և բողկ, գազարով բրինձ՝ պատրաստված գոլորշու վրա:
Ընթրիք. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, մաղադանոսով և մի պտղունց արևածաղկի սերմերով բրինձ:
5-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ. խաղողով կամ չամիչով և մեկ թեյի գդալ քերած նուշով բրինձ:
Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, շատ կանաչեղենով, բանջարեղենով և մեկ ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղով բրինձ՝ պատրաստված գոլորշու վրա:
Ընթրիք. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, բրինձ` 1 ճաշի գդալ ընկույզով, 2 ճաշի գդալ կանաչ սոխով և 2 ճաշի գդալ մաղադանոսի կամ նեխուրի քերած արմատով, գոլորշու վրա պատրաստված սպանախ:
6-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ. բրինձ և երկու հնդկարմավ, 4 հատ ընկույզ, 1-2 թուզ և 1 տանձ:
Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, թարմ բանջարեղենով (վարունգ, քաղցր պղպեղ), անանուխով և 1 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի յուղով բրինձ:
Ընթրիք. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, բրինձ, 1-2 հատ կտրատած խնձոր, 1 ճաշի գդալ սերուցք կամ թթվասեր, 0.5 թեյի գդալ մեղր:
7-րդ օր
Նախաճաշ. բրինձ՝ կտրատած տանձի և խնձորի հետ, մի քանի կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութ, 1 թեյի գդալ մեղր և կես բաժին յոգուրտ:
Ճաշ. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, մեկ բաժին կանաչ աղցան, կանաչ լոբով և լոլիկով բրինձ՝ պատրաստված գոլորշու վրա:
Ընթրիք. բանջարեղենի արգանակ, դդմիկով բրինձ՝ պատրաստված գոլորշու վրա, 1 թեյի գդալ չզտած ձիթապտղի յուղ, 5 ձիթապտուղ, ռեհան:
Նշենք, որ բրինձն օժտված է օրգանիզմից աղն ու վնասակար նյութերը մաքրելու հատկությամբ: Հենց դրա վրա է հիմնված բրնձի երկշաբաթյա դիետան:
