Ազգային ժողովն այսօր չընդունեց խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության ներկայացրած հայտարարության տեքստը, որով վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կզրկվեր Ադրբեջանի հետ փաստաթուղթ ստերագրելու իրավունքից՝ առանց ԱԺ հավանության։

«Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը քվեարկությանը չմասնակցեց։ Հայտարարության կողմ քվեարկեց 25 պատգամավոր։

Ավելի վաղ ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը հայտարարել էր, որ վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարը չի կարող իր ստորագրությամբ ուժի մեջ դնել մի փաստաթուղթ, որը կարող է ուժի մեջ մտնել բացառապես խորհրդարանի վավերացման կամ հանրաքվեի արդյունքում։

«Միաժամանակ հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքների հետ կապված ցանկացած գործողություն ուղղակիորեն ներառում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու և հատկապես՝ սահմանային բնակչության մարդու իրավունքների խնդիրները, որոնց հետ կապված ցանկացած միջազգային փաստաթուղթ պարտադիր վավերացման ենթակա է:

Սահմանազատման գործընթացի հետ կապված ցանկացած փաստաթուղթ, որը հաշվի չի առնի մարդու իրավունքները, ուղղակիորեն կհակասի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրությանը, մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային իրավունքին և իրական կյանքում կհանգեցնի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական շահի, սահմանային բնակչության հիմնարար իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների շարունակությանը, ինչն այսօր տեղի է ունենում:

Հնարավոր ճնշումների կամ ազատ կամքի արտահայտումը բացառող ցանկացած դրսևորման արդյունքում հայ-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը հղի է ազգային և պետական շահի ստորադասման, ինչպես նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության սահմանների, Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացման առնչությամբ անբարենպաստ և անդառնալի հետևանքերի առաջացմամբ, հայ ժողովրդի ապագա սերունդների համար ծանր բեռ առաջացնելու և միջազգային իրավունքով երաշխավորված արդարության վերականգնման իրավունքից զրկելու վտանգով:

 
Կոչ ենք անում վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարին ձեռնպահ մնալ միանձնյա որոշումներ կայացնելուց, որոնք վերաբերում են ողջ հանրությանն ու պետությանը, ինչպես նաև ազգի ապագային», - ասված էր հայտարարության տեքստում։
