POLITICSՄամուլում գոյություն ունեցող փաստաթղթում չեմ հանդիպել գյուղերը հանձնելու մասին կետերի: Այս մասին այսօր` մայիսի 24-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահե Ղալումյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Ռուսաստանի կողմից ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթին, որը վերաբերում է դեմարկացիայի եւ դելիմիտացիայի նպատակով հանձնաժողով ստեղծելուն:
Դիտարկմանը, որ գուցե գաղտնի հավելվածում կա գյուղեր հանձնելու կետ, նա արձագանքեց. «Համոզվա՞ծ եք, ես այդ մասին չեմ կարող ո՛չ հերքել, ո՛չ հաստատել, որովհետև փաստաթուղթն ինձ չէ ուղված, դրա մասին այնքան գիտեմ, որքանով, որ դուք գիտեք»:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք Ղալումյանը տեղեկություններ ունի՞ Տավուշի մարզից գյուղեր հանձնելու մասին, վերջինս պատասխանեց. «Ո՞ր գյուղերի, օրինա՞կ. նման տեղեկություն չունեմ: Եթե չեմ սխալվում, փաստաթուղթն ամբողջական տարբերակն է և նման բան այնտեղ գրված չկա: Այնտեղ խոսվում էր ընդամենը հանձնաժողով ստեղծելու մասին: Հանձնաժողովը պետք է որոշի, թե հետագայում ինչ կանի, այդ փաստաթղթով հանձնաժողով է ստեղծվելու, որպեսզի սահմանային խնդիրներ ուսումնասիրի և լուծում տա»:
Դիտարկմանը, թե հնարավո՞ր է, որ հակառակորդը ստորագրի մի փաստաթուղթ, որը հարյուր տոկոսով հայկական շահերից է բխում, նա ասաց. «Այո, հնարավոր է: Հնարավոր է այդ հանձնաժողովի աշխատանքը այնպես կազմակերպվի ռուսական կողմի մասնակցությամբ, որ հնարավոր լինի այդպիսի տարբերակի հասել»:
Ղալումյանի խոսքով՝ Տավուշի մարզում կան ադրբեջանական հողեր, որոնք գտնվում են հայկական տիրապետության տակ և կան տարածքներ, որոնք ադրբեջանական հսկողության տակ են:
Հարցին, թե որոնք են այդ ադրբեջանական հողերը Տավուշի մարզում, «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավորը պատասխանեց. «Անկլավները՝ Բարխուդարլու, Սոֆուլու, Խեյրիմլի, Ոսկեպար: Դա ինձ համար չի, դրանք քարտեզով ադրբեջանական տարածքներ են նշված: Ես ուրիշ քարտեզ չունեմ, դուք ունե՞ք, այդ գյուղերը գնացե՞լ եք, տեսե՞լ եք, և՞, միգուցե հանձնաժողովը եզրակացություն տա, որ հայկական են»:
Դիտարկմանը, թե ինչու ենք թշնամու հետ գնում նոր փաստաթղթի ստորագրման, երբ դեռ անգամ մեր գերիները չեն վերադարձվել, վերջինս շեշտեց՝ պետք է բանակցեն և դիտարկմանը, թե միայն պետք է գլխիկոր բանակցել՝ պատգամավորն արձագանքեց. «Գլխիկոր դուք եք բանակցում, մենք գլխիկոր չենք բանակցում: Պետք է բանակցենք, որ Հայաստան եկած ադրբեջանական ԶՈՒ-ն դուրս գա: Մինչև հիմա կռվել ենք, հիմա պիտի բանակցենք»:
