Հատիկային թեյը միշտ համարվել է ավելի համեղ, քան տոպրակներովը, իսկ սեփական ձեռքերով պատրաստված թեյի խառնուրդները, իրոք, յուրահատուկ ըմպելիք են:
Փորձեք այս երեք ձմեռային բաղադրատոմսերը և վայելեք:
Թեյ նարինջով
Անհրաժեշտ են․
- Կանաչ կամ սև թեյ՝ 100 գր
- Նարնջի չորացված կտորներ՝ 5-7 հատ
- Դարչին՝ 1 թեյի գդալ
- Չորացված հիլ՝ ½ թեյի գդալ
- Մեխակ՝ ½ թեյի գդալ։
Պատրաստման եղանակը.
Նարնջի կտորները չորացնելու համար պետք է կտրատել այն բարակ կլորակներով, դնել թավայի մեջ և չորացնել վառարանում՝ ցածր ջերմաստիճանի տակ, պարբերաբար շուռ տալով: Երբ դրանք չորանան, կարելի կտրատել ավելի մանր կտորների: Խառնեք բաղադրիչները նշված համաչափությամբ և պատրաստեք թեյը:
Վանիլային ռոյբուշ՝ մասուրով
Ռոյբուշը համեղ խոտաբույսային թեյ է, որի մեջ չկա կոֆեյին: Այն ունի հաճելի համ: Եթե նրա մեջ ավելացնեք մասուր և մի քիչ վանիլ, ապա այն կդառնա հիանալի ըմպելիք ձմեռվա համար:
Անհրաժեշտ են․
- Ռոյբուշ՝ 100 գր
- Մասուր՝ 10 հատիկ
- Վանիլի փայտիկներ՝ 2 հատ:
Պատրաստման եղանակը.
Խառնեք ռոյբուշը մասուրի չորացրած հատիկների հետ և դրեք վանիլինի ամբողջական ձողիկները՝ թեյին հաղորդելով հիանալի բուրմունք:
Իմբիրի թեյ՝ լիմոնով
Իմբիրի թեյը ոչ միայն համեղ ձմեռային խմիչք է, այլ նաև հիանալի միջոց ՝ մրսածության դեմ:
Անհրաժեշտ են․
- Սև կամ կանաչ թեյ՝ 100 գր
- Իմբիրի չորացված արմատ՝ 20 գր
- Չորացված կիտրոն՝ 20 գր:
Պատրաստման եղանակը․
Պատրաստելու համար պետք է խառնել թեյը, չորացված իմբիրը, ինչպես նաև կիտրոնը: Լավ համի համար պետք է եռման ջուրը լցնել խառնուրդի վրա և թողնել 15-20 րոպե՝ նախապես ավելացնելով մի գդալ մեղր:
