Հայտնի բարերար, «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ:

Հայտարարությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորեւ.

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Դիմում եմ ձեզ գալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների կապակցությամբ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ մեր հայրենիքում ստեղծված իրավիճակը առանձնանում է ծայրահեղ բարդությամբ։ Ծանր պարտություն տանելով հայրենական պատերազմում, մենք հայտնվել ենք աննախադեպ մի ճգնաժամի մեջ։ Ընդ որում, խոսքն ինչպես քաղաքական, տնտեսական, այնպես էլ արժեհամակարգային ճգնաժամի մասին է։

Գիտեմ, որ շատերի համար իրավիճակը փակուղային է թվում, և դա հասկանալի է։ Մեր բազմադարյա պատմության մեջ դժվար ժամանակներ շատ են եղել, սակայն այս շրջանն առավել ողբերգական թվում։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ես վստահ եմ, որ մենք կարող ենք հղթահարել այս բազմաշերտ ճգնաժամը։ Ճանապարհը՝ խաղաղ, ազատ և արդար ընտրություններն են։

Հասկանալի է, որ հունիսի 20-ին մենք ոչ թե պարզապես նոր խորհրդարան ու նոր կառավարություն ենք ընտրում, այլ պատրաստվում ենք ներկայացնել աշխարհին, մեր բարեկամներին ու թշնամիներին մեր էությունը։ Ներկայացնել այն ուղին, որով առաջիկա՝ բոլորիս հաար շատ բարդ տարիներին, շարժվելու է Հայաստանը։

Կկարողանա՞նք արդյոք տոկուն լինել։ Կարո՞ղ ենք արդյոք արագ վերականգնման գործընթաց սկսել։ Կարո՞ղ ենք արդյոք ազատվել հակասությունների կապանքներից և հասարակության մեջ կառուցողական մթնոլորտ ձևավորել։ Այս հարցերի պատասխանները կախված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու ընտրությունից։

Հուսով եմ, որ ողջամտությունն ու ազգապահպանության մղումը գերակա կլինեն։ Հուսով եմ, որ ընտրությունները կավարտվեն պաշտոնական տվյալների ամփոփմամբ, այլ ոչ թե ներքաղաքական լարվածության նոր շրջափուլով։ Երկիրը հասարակական համերաշխության սուր կարիք ունի։

Սիրելի քույրեր և եղբայրներ, Ես անկեղծ հավատում եմ, որ մենք կհաղթահարենք այս մարտահրավերը։ Եվ կշարունակենք հպարտանալ մեր ընդհանուր հայրեինքով այնպես, ինչպես հպարտացել ենք միշտ։
