INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրք ոստիկանը 17 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել 2013 թվականին Ստամբուլի Գեզի այգում 14-ամյա դեռահասի սպանության համար, հաղորդում է Associated Press-ը:
Ոստիկանության սպա Ֆաթիհ Դալգալին դատարանի առաջ է կանգնել 14-ամյա Բերքին Էլվանին սպանելու մեղադրանքով, որին նա հարվածել է գլխի շրջանում արցունքաբեր գազ պարունակող առարկայով Ստամբուլի Գեզի այգում հակակառավարական ցույցերի ժամանակ: Ինքը՝ Դալգալին, հերքում է իր մեղքը:
Դեռահասը կոմայի մեջ է գտնվել 269 օր եւ մահացել է 2014 թվականի մարտին: Տղայի ընտանիքը հայտարարել է, որ նրանց որդին այդ օրը փողոց էր դուրս եկել ոչ թե բողոքի ցույցերին մասնակցելու, այլ հաց գնելու համար:
Ընդ որում՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը, որը հակակառավարական ցույցերի ժամանակ դեռեւս վարչապետ էր, հայտարարել է, որ դեռահասը եղել է «ահաբեկիչների» շրջանում ցույցերի ժամանակ եւ, իբրեւ, թաքցրել է իր դեմքը, ինչի պատճառով ոստիկանները չեն կարողացել պարզել նրա տարիքը:
Ստամբուլում դատարանը մեղադրել է Դալգալիին «սպանության հնարավոր մտադրության մեջ»՝ դատապարտելով նրան 16 տարվա եւ 8 ամսվա ազատազրկման: Ընդ որում՝ դատարանը չի պնդել ոստիկանին անհապաղ ձերբակալելու հարցում:
